Desktop Development
Automated several manual repetitive tasks to improve ones efficiency.

An innovative desktop application that helps my fellow countrymen to look for a job in the UAE by
sending automated emails one-by-one with their cover letter and CV attached to more than 9000
companies in the UAE with just a click of a button.

2. C4i Auto Install
Automated the set up of the C4i platform to our users computers, reducing the set up time from 30
minutes to less than 3 minutes and eliminating the need for our users to read a 21-page user setup
manual. Also eliminated 95% of the issues being handled by our support team.

Leadership and Customer Support

1. Customer Support (Incident and Problem Management)
Led the team in achieving a consistent 100% SLA scores for six consecutive months.
Implemented changes in the Incident Management process as soon as taking over the role, resulting
to a dramatic increase in our SLA scores, from 72.1% (RED) to 98.51% (GREEN) in just three
months.
Piloted and effectively managed the Feed Issue Elimination project that resulted to a 57% decrease
in ticket count from 193 to 83 in just one month resulting to an e-Award and great feedback from
team leaders and managers.
Decreased the North Americas ticket count from 89 to 43, a 51.69% decrease in just three months,
on top of being an Incident Manager for the team and handling another project in parallel.
