Inspect the Converter and all accompanying items, if any item is damaged or
missing, report the problem to you TER850S/860S dealer immediately.

1.2 LED Indicators
The LED indicators of the Converter include PowerLinkDUPFX-Link and
FX-TX. The LED indicators are used to facilitate monitoring and troubleshooting
of the Converter. The following shows the LED indicators for the Converter along
whit explanation of each indicator.

2 INSTALLATIONS

Convenience receptacle and equipment should be within 1.82 meters.
Check power supply is confirmed the safe connection.

Not lay up the heavy object on Converter
2.2 Connect and Communication
1. Link the network equipment to take 10/100BASE-TX interface to the RJ45 hub
of TER850S/860S by way of the UTP.
2. Link the equipment to take 10/100BASE-FX interface to the SC fiber connection
head of TER850S/860S by way of the multimode fiber thread.
3. Link AC/DC power supply changeover ware to the DC power receptacle of
TER850S/860S.
The communication distance of maximum likelihood is 2100 meters of s between
two equipments hypo graph displays (TER860S attainability is 20100 meters).
NOTICEThe network interface of two equipments must be defined sets up the
optical fiber at the full duplex model permitted more than 2000 meters of the use.

switch or bridge,through a UTP prot,a modified crossover cable is necessary.
Please pay attention to the cable that these products mate . What the following
