Pulse Induction Metal Detector

Ground Pioneer
4500
help the users to find
deeper and easily
the location of the detected metal
The Ground Pioneer 4500 is the pulse metal detector with great power plus all the
major advancements of our previous discriminating pulse induction metal detectors.
The DIGITAL Ground Pioneer 4500 is a composite detector not only for the reason
that there is a build-in MAGNETOMETER SENSOR SYSTEM but also by reason
of that there is provided RS 232 PORT for connection to computer and GP! system
for locali"ing and visuali"ation of the burried object.
The #igital Ground Pioneer 4500 is designed for detecting deeply buried or lost
metal objects metal pipes unterground communication e$uipment treasures and
similar objects and can easily detect larger objectsburied up to % m deep because the
unit wor&s by the principle of electromagnetic induction at a very low
fre$uencywhich allows penetration deeply in the ground.
!o the #igital Ground Pioneer
4500 is good choice not only
for the treasure hunters but
also for archaeological
detection and geophysical
prospecting.
Target identification and
discrimination by Ground
Pioneer 4500 is possible with
the 1/1 SQUARE SEARCH
COIL(BASIC) embedded in
P'( tubes)
* -
+ut search coils with si"es 0,5/0,5m, 1,5/1,5m and 2/2m also can be connected to the
unit. Please note - all these coils have build-in .agnetometer !ensor !ystem.
This helps you to discriminate out
what targets are ferrous.
/ith larger diameter coil even big
areas can be searched $uic&ly.
/ith very large search coils
Ground Pioneer 4500 penetrates
deeper than it is usually possible
with smaller coils.
/ith the large search coils the
very small metal pieces are
ignored automatically 000

15> SEARCH COIL
/hat round search coil to choosewhen you purchase Ground Pioneer4500A This is
the most popular $uestion.Ft is well &nown that the larger searchcoils give better
depth for larger targets and better ground coverage. +ut the sensitivity to smaller
objects may be sacrificed. The smaller search coils offer greater sensitivity to smaller
objects and improved target separation in trashy areas.
6n alternative search coil for Ground
Pioneer4500 is the CABLE COIL with
si"e <2< m./e gave this search coil the
name Guniversal1 because she can

this search coil offers ,IE more ARRANGEMENTS to suit your search
needs.This search coil can be arranged as 0502050, *2* m, *2? m and <2<m coils by
fastening the windings on free frame D from P'( for eBample E with tape. Ft can also
be arranged in form as 1eight1./hy we recommend this coil when you purchase

1A INDICATOR ,OR THE BATTERY CONDITIONA
Ft is recommended that the supply of the storage battery to be done before the
indicator shows a completely dead battery.
Ground Pioneer 4500 comes to you in version with an eBternal accumulator
system for its switching in the device. The supply system and the battery
are integrated in this system D including the supply from an automobile
accumulatorE.
The battery of Ground Pioneer 4500 is rechargeable *?D<?-optionalE6h
hermetic acid +attery and allows premature supply not affecting its wor&.
The battery charging time D for empty battery E is maB.*0 hours.
The battery supplied with your detector comes in charged condition.
Ft is not necessary to charge the system before the first time you start wor&
with Ground Pioneer 4500. +ut we recommend chec&ing its
condition and when low battery condition is indicated you should immediately
recharge the battery.
Please ;ote) the eBternal accumulator system could not be charged from the
unit.
2A INDICATION ,OR THE DISCRIMINATION REGIMEA
Ground Pioneer 4500 can wor& in two regimes of discrimination - with or
without sound discrimination.

;ow you can choose the suitable parameters for wor& with the detector. The functions
SENSITIITY, DELAY and THRESHOLD are controlled from the button
of the device.
The SENSITIITY level alters how responsive the detector is to signals
received from the search coil. The higher the !ensitivity level the more
responsive the detector./ith ,IRST PRESS on the button appears the
symbol SENSE on the 5(# display. The !ensitivity values are only

+y pressing or buttons you can increase or decrease
the values of the !ensitivity. 8eavy ground minerali"ation nearby radio stations or
power transformers are reasons to lower the value of !ensitivity.
+y SECOND PRESSING on the button SDT the symbol DELAY appears on the
5(# display)
6s by !ensitivity control by pressing on the two buttons on the left side of the Hront
panel you can increase or decrease the values. The #elay values are also adjustable in
the range 0-*5. Hor beaches and very light soil minerals you can choose the low
value for the #elay.Hor standart or general operating conditions - middle values.
/hen you wor& in heavy mineral ground or when you search very deep and large
targets you can choose high values.
+y THIRD PRESSING the symbol THRESHOLD appears on the 5(# display)
The values are also adjustable in the range 0-*5.The SOUND THRESHOLD is
used to ground balance the detector.+y heavy mineral ground you use the low levels.

the symbol PLEASE +AIT appears on the display@
Hive seconds after its disappearance the wor& with the device can go on.
6s we mentionted before Ground Pioneer 4500 can wor& in two regimes of
discrimination - with or without SOUND DISCRIMINATION.7ou can chooce
these regimes by pressing on button. Fndependently of whether you
wor& in regime with or without sound discrimination the symbol He appears when
