Major Accomplishments
Installed seals effectively and after 24 years the turbine was restored to its efficiency of 97.8 %.
Completed a 6 month contract at the Vancouver airport, representing the west coast for Tulmar
Technical, Montreal, and solely operating and maintaining the flight simulators.
Discovered in two weeks (after two years) the reason for the failure of parts on the plywood (veneer)
carousel by researching the cause behind mechanical failures. Implemented effective measures and reduced
the cost of maintenance to the carousel by half.
Oversaw the organisation and shipping of all the parts to complete 10 to 14 day contract; read spool
sheets, schematics and GA’s for the next two years for the company and brought the profit margin in the
field up by 10 percent to 28%.
Designed and implemented a system supporting the company’s performance culture and policies.
Served as a key decision maker in selecting the latest and required systems and tools.
