This document discusses the role of Christians as "billboards" for God's kingdom. It encourages believers to thoughtfully consider their appearances, perspectives, and connections with others in order to effectively represent and relate the gospel. Christians should strive to have a strategic, mature, intellectual, and tenacious approach that draws people to God through relationship building and persuasion of God's truth. The mind is a powerful tool, so believers are encouraged to tap into its potential and wisdom. Overall believers are called to actively influence culture for Christ and advance his kingdom through their lives and interactions with others.

We are the Saints of the Most High God, Yahweh and we are the Kingdom Bill Boards that He uses to advertise His King- dom and connect people to it. He designed it that way because He is highly relational and He wants us to relate to Him as well as relating to one another. He wants those already in the King- dom to relate and those outside the Kingdom to be drawn in through relationships. Lets con- sider for a moment what distin- guishes billboard advertising from other types;
1) Strategic placement for all to see put on display without obstruction of view
2) Prominent in a place where much traffic is expected 3) Eye catching Colorful, crea- tive or stylish to get your atten- tion
Billboards are usually seen nu- merous times, but for only a few seconds so literally every second really does matter. With that being said, the Saints as Kingdom advertisers should consider the following as we step up our rep- resentation for the King:
1) Appearances Our presenta- tion does matter to those with whom we are attempting to re- late. We know that man looks on the outward, but God looks at the heart. However, we cant dismiss the fact that man does look on the outward first before relationship can begin. In the Culinary Arts arena this is called Presentation. The appearance of a dish can be a deciding factor as to whether or not someone will partake in a meal. Presenta- tion often leads to opportunities to relate.
2)Perspectives We should study to be relatable with our perspectives. I am now specifi- cally speaking to those middle aged and older Saints We cant hold on to an 8 Track perspective and the world around us is on the MP3 and beyond. The Social
media groups can be used for our benefit and not vilified or we will be seen as irrelevant and relics of the past.
3) Connections with purpose Link relationships to people with purpose. Find and need and meet it, while connecting with people for exchange. Everyone has something to offer and is valuable. Saints of course are valuable because they represent a Joint in the Body that sup- plies a need on some level. The pre-saved are valuable because they are made in the image and likeness of the Creator. Their po- tential contributions to the King- dom should be as valuable as if they were making positive contri- butions to society, even in their pre-saved condition.
Christ challenged us to influence the culture around us He did not give His life for a weak, anemic, low self-esteem, wait- ing to go to heaven church. He told the members of His body to Go into the world and preach the gospel (Mark 16). He didnt say go into the church and preach the gospel, though there is room in the church for that message to be heard. The Church as we know is primarily a training institution to transform converts in disciples and specifically at LCC, disciples into leaders.
Vol ume 2, I ssue 5 May 2014 4) Persuasion Use the art of persuasion to win people over to our side. Reason with the pundits and skeptics of this gen- eration. Speak of the absolutes of truth and consequences of decisions without compromise. Every bad thing that happens is not the devil. Often bad conse- quences come from the results of poor choices. Appeal to peo- ples intellect, emotions, and their wills; draw them soul to soul as you find ways to connect with them.
I decree Apostolic grace to flow to the readers of this letter now!
1) A Spirit of attraction will come upon you that you will find favor with people in various areas (Luke 2:52)
2. A Spirit of might will come upon you that you will become strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Begin to flow in sweat less victory:
i. Set the captives free to heal and deliver ii. Become agents of change in the earth changing the atmos- phere in your sphere of influ- ence (Luke 4:18)
3) A Spirit of decree will come upon you that your Voices gain dimensional authority i. Job 22:27 He hears you when you pray ii. Job 22: 28 You declare, decree or speak a thing iii. It will be established for you God will bring it to pass be- cause of the increased weight of your anointing
4) A Spirit of Understanding will come upon you to give you strategies to maximize the return for your efforts in relationship building
1 Chron 12:31-32 The sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know whatto do Understood the times by doing assessments To know what needs to be done acting on the assessments
i. Issachars name means He will bring a reward He will bring a reward because he un- derstands the times and knows what needs to be done. ii. He or she mines his or her relationships and connections, discerns them, cultivates them and restores them and prunes them for a bountiful Harvest.
A heartfelt thanks to all LCC fam- ily members, partners and friends for your time, talent, treasure and prayers.

Our Strength is Required
Grace in the Name of Yeshua.
What do you hear when some- one says Strong Men? What is your immediate response to this declared statement? Whats in this name used to identify a great assembly of men and in turn identify Yah?
Physical strength is probably the number 1 response when anyone hears the phrase Strong Men. Can I tell you it is more than that for us. A strong man can be and is one of physical, brut strength but what about the mental? The mans mind is full of untapped potential. It starts with the self esteem of man, how the man views himself and his role in the world around him. How do you see yourself and is Yah pleased with what He sees from you? At some point every man will say No He is not pleased with me but the immediate response needs to be that you are made whole and that you are making every effort to change. Now that takes some brut strength.
As stated earlier the mind of man is full of untapped potential. We see this quite a bit in our young men all the time as well. They dont know what to do and where to go. They especially dont know or understand man- hood. The journey of manhood requires something. As Strong Men assemble soon to the mountain the young men that have struggled over recent years must be mentored. Strong Men are encouraged to tap into the creative mind and formulate a strate- gic plan and act upon it to help culti- vate the mind of other men. Connec- tion via mentorship is key in this en- deavor. One thing is for sure, a man needs a mind because a mindless man is a danger to himself and society. En- compassed in this is the ability to adopt wisdom.
Proverbs 24 starts off mentioning to humanity that we should not be envious of evil men. We should not desire what they have to the degree that they have it or have obtained it because violence and trouble can en- sue. Then in verse 3 it states through wisdom a house is built and by under- standing it is established. Strong Men!...wisdom is upon your mind! Yah desires for His Strong Men to build on the understanding that He is actively releasing in the kingdom. Building suc- cessful marriages, raising children, mentoring the fatherless, this is just a fraction of what the wisdom of man can do when Yeshua is the center. Verse 4 declares that by knowledge the rooms are filled withriches. When man uses more than his physi- cal strength he can get some great things accomplished. If I was preparing my yard for the season and decided to place mulch around my house wisdom says get a wheel barrel to move the mulch. The lack there of would say go back and forth to the pile with a shovel. That would demonstrate a lack of wisdom and knowledge, and some would say common sense. Then it is declared in verse 5A wise man is strong, yes, a man of knowledge in- creases strength. Now this is how you can declare thisI am a wise man and Im strong, Yes, Im a man of knowledge with increasing strength!! Get that in your mind and spirit real good because now is the time to de- cree and declare that on your life and experience the full manifestation of what you just declared.
Transformed by the Renewing of Your Mind (Roman 12:2)
Strategic Tap into the strategic depths of your mind and release the essence of the kingdom that Yah released in you. Flow mightily in your realm of influ- ence and be ready to be restored with increased power.
Mature Growing to be more like Yeshua in daily living is maturity for a Kingdom Man. Kingdom Men no longer flow like babes but flow in the realm of Man- hood.
Intellectual Engage in meaningful and intellectual conversation on a routine basis. This will sharpen your intellect and your ability to engage with the young and the old. It will also expand your realm of influence.
Technical Art, science, business, marketing, among other areas have defined spe- cial skills. Practical knowledge must be activated in your daily flow as well. When it comes to the technical as- pects of life, use them and be un- ashamed of the specific gift that re- sides in you.
Tenacious Hold fast to the Kingdom and to the mandate upon your life. Adhere to the plan that Yah has written upon your heart and Go Hard!! Be Strong!! Roar like the Lion of Judah!!
Shalom,
Min. Tremayne L. Smith
