8 On the listed date and time I responded to the listed location for the report of SB MONICA WEHBY not
leaving RP ANDREW MILLER'S home. When I arrived in the area I observed a silver Mercedes sedan,
similar to the vehicle associated with WEHBY in the initial call, driving away from the area of MILLER'S
home. As the vehicle passed me I observed a female driver that also matched the given description from the
call.

I turned around and activated my lights so I could speak with WEHBY. I informed her of why I was
there and then told her that MILLER would like her to stay away from his residence. WEHBY told me that
she was in a relationship with MILLER and had been for the last 2 years. She told me that since Easter
weekend something changed because now MILLER does not answer/ return her calls or talk to her at all.
She told me that she just wanted to speak with MILLER to try to sort things out. WEHBY told me that she
was close to MILLER up until this point. She told me that they even each have keys to each others homes.

WEHBY told me that she came over to MILLER'S home tonight to try to talk to him but he didn't
answer the door. WEHBY told me that she went inside the home through an unlocked back door to try to
find MILLER. WEHBY told me that she never found MILLER so she left.

While speaking with WEHBY I advised her to go home and only come back to MILLER'S home if he
invited her back or gave his permission. She agreed and then left.

I called MILLER and advised him that WEHBY had left. He told me that he wanted to initiate a police
report because WEHBY has been "harassing" his employees and "stalking" him. He told me that he intended
to get a stalking order tomorrow against WEHBY.

I asked MILLER what WEHBY had done specifically to make him desire to get a stalking order. He told

me that WEHBY has showed up at his home uninvited about 5 times within the last 10 days. MILLER told
me that the last few times he has observed as WEHBY knocked on the doors and rang the door bell
repeatedly for the duration of about 10 minutes before finally leaving. MILLER told me that tonight
WEHBY did the same thing as she has done the last few times. However, this time MILLER told me that
WEHBY walked around to the back of the house and tried the door handle. MILLER told me that after
WEHBY discovered that the door was unlocked she entered the residence and attempted to find MILLER.

MILLER told me that he heard WEHBY enter the residence on the first floor rear entry door. He also told
me that he heard WEHBY walk upstairs to the second floor so he left down the second set of stairs in the
home to avoid contacting WEHBY. MILLER told me that when he got outside and saw WEHBY'S vehicle
parked outside his home. He told me that he walked about 2 blocks away and then sent WEHBY a text
message telling her that he was aware that she was in the house. He told me that he advised WEHBY that he
was calling the police. MILLER then told me that he then went to a friend's home to stay for the evening.

When I arrived at MILLER'S home I noticed that the front door was open. I asked MILLER if he had
plans to secure his residence. MILLER was planning on staying the night away from the home so he asked
me if I would secure it for him. I locked both the rear door and the front door and then exited through the
front as directed by MILLER.

At this time MILLER just wanted WEHBY gone from his residence.
