OVERVIEW
Water Services and Systems Management Limited (formerly TNACO Limited) is a full-service, family
owned and operated limited liability Company, incorporated in September 2008. WSSM intends to
build and maintain a strong reputation for delivering a quality service, on time, and at a competitive
price. We pride ourselves on being skilled, certified and experienced in all aspects of the Plumbing
Industry, combined with our extensive knowledge and understanding of the Authorities rules,
regulations, policies and procedures, has established us as one of the major players in the Plumbing
Industry. WSSM provides a full range of Plumbing and Civil Engineering services to residential,
commercial and industrial sectors in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.

Our commitment to innovation and excellence invariably results in a successfully completed project
for both contractor and client. We understand and promote the idea of working as a partnership
with our clients to ensure their goals are met. At WSSM we never rest upon our laurels and are
passionate and driven to continue the high levels of customer satisfaction we have achieved over
the years.

We undertake a variety of projects for a wide range of clientele from small individual home
owners, private developments to large Government projects. Our unique and flexible project
management systems ensure that a positive outcome is achieved regardless of size or nature of the
project.

WSSM has the resources to conceptualize, design, install and maintain all facets of Plumbing and
Plumbing related Mechanical systems. We also design and prepare Plumbing Isometrics, Water and
Wastewater Drawings and Calculations for submission to Water and Sewerage Authority, the
various City, Regional and Borough Corporations, Trinidad and Tobago Fire Services also, Town and
Country Planning Division for Approval and Certification; we liaise with these Authorities and their
officials to expedite processes on behalf of our clients.

Backed by over twenty five (25) years of specialist experience in the local Plumbing Industry, WSSM
Managing Director is an Individual Member of the World Plumbing Council (WPC) and holds an
Executive Member seat on the Board The Plumbers Association of Trinidad and Tobago (TPATT). We
