Well, my husbands from Brazil so we eat a lot of Brazilian food. My faourite
is a dish called feijoada, made from blac! beans, and rice and meat. We eat
that "uite a lot because its ery cheap to ma!e. We dont eat much fast food,
e#cept sometimes on the wee!ends and we also eat lots of seafood.

$h, in %anada we eat a lot of seafood um especially lobster and scallops,
anythin& that comes from the sea. But we dont eat much lamb or duc! and
we dont eat many ta!eaways. But my faourite food is ah maple syrup and '
usually hae it twice a wee! on panca!es.

My familys from 'ran. We eat a lot of rice and stews. (he stews are made with
meats and lots of dried fruits and lots of delicious spices. ' thin! my faourite
food is a dish called fesenjan, made with nuts and fruits and spices, and my
children loe it and, best of all, its really easy to coo!. We dont eat any por!
or ham and, 'ranians dont eat much seafood.

peoples lies by loo!in& at their rubbish. 'm +aurence 0edburn.
(oday we loo! at the diets of two ery different families. ' hae their rubbish
bins in the studio, with a typical days rubbish, so, lets start with rubbish bin /.
What does this family eat and drin!1 We hae some cans 2 cola cans 3 not
ery healthy. Mmm, instant coffee. 4ome bo#es 2 cheese and tomato pizza,
bur&ers. 4ome biscuits, and 2 crisp pac!ets 3 all fast food, and not ery
healthy. 5o they eat any e&etables or fruit1 ' dont thin! so. $h dear, not a
healthy diet. A lot of this food is bad for you, so this family is probably not ery
healthy.
6ow lets loo! at rubbish bin -. (his is ery different 3 its &ood. (his family
eats a lot of fruit and e&etables 2 some potatoes, carrots 2 bananas and
apples. What do they drin!1 We hae a 7uice carton, a mil! carton, and we
hae a water bottle 3 ery &ood, all ery healthy so far. (ea ba&s 2 well, $8.
