Note:-
The generation stations with installed capacity less than or equal to 25 MW are indicated
under RES.

The installed capacity figures in respect of RES is based on MNRE email of dated
21.02.2012 from Ministry of Renewable Energy where cumulative Grid interactive power
installed capacity has been indicated as 22644.04 MW as on 31.12.2011.(Reconciliation of
installed capacity of Hydro capacity resulted in transfer of 135 MW from conventional to
SHP-RES and retrieval of installed capacity of 67.20 from SHP-RES to conventional Hydro
has resulted in net addition of 67.8 MW to SHP under RES. Also 30 MW of capacity in the
nature of Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant at Goa Energy Private Limited under U&I
category of RES. Out of this installed capacity due to wind and small hydro amounting to
508.67 MW appearing in captive capacity has been deducted to arrive at installed capacity of
utilities in respect of RES.(22644.04-508.67+67.8+30=22233.17)).

As accertained from I R P Division, the shares of Indra Gandhi Supper Thermal Power
Station (Jhajjar) allocated by M O P are 231 MW each to the States of Delhi & Haryana & 38
MW as Unallocated. Accordingly the Installed Capacity owing to Indira Gandhi S T P S is
shown in the Central Sector.

The Capacity of The Barge mounted Tanir Bavi Power Station earlier installed and shown
in Karnataka is now been shown in Andhara Pradesh(Kakinada) under Pvt. Sector Gas(Prime
Mover) as the same has been shifted to Kakinada (A.P.).

10% of the Installed capacity of Pragati CCGT which is indicated to be Merchant Power by
IRP Div has been included in I/C of Delhi State Sector.

The Unit No 1 (50 MW), Unit No 2 (55 MW) and Unit Nos 1 & 2 (20 MW each) of
Bhusawal, Parli and Paras T P S respectively of MAHAGENCO have been deleted during the
month of June 2011.

Figures at second place of decimal may not tally due to rounding off.
