Manufacturing Feasibility is the commitment by a supplier to TRW Automotive that a proposed design
can be manufactured, assembled, packaged, and shipped at a level that meets expectations.
Please support all NO answers with comments identifying your concerns and/or proposed changes to
enable you to meet the specified requirements. Comments, as appropriate, may also be requested on
other pertinent considerations not mentioned below. If you require additional space for comments, please
use an attachment.

Is the product adequately defined (application, function and assembly) to enable feasible
evaluation?

Are the drawings and associated specifications available, complete, unambiguous and fully
understood?

Can you continuously conform to the requirements of the drawings and prescribed
specifications with TRW C

Will you comply with the packaging requirements of the using product line(s) and

to the environmental aspects of your activities, products or services?

Material Information will be submitted in IMDS, at the latest, with PPAP submission!

Have you signed the Quality Assurance Agreement (mandatory for Europe)?

Do you confirm that you will conform to all requirements of the TRW Automotive GSQM?
