A) Meetings of Panitia 4 times a year
1. Objective
a) Getting cooperation and integration from all members to improve the panitia
b) To spread the current issues and information about the panita to all the teachers of PHE
c) Making a supervision and reviewing all the task that had been given to subordinate
teachers

to avoid the clash of timetable

1. Objectitve : a) Create a study culture among students
2. Date : Throughout the year of 2014
3. Time : During PHE class
4. Place : SMK Pendang
5. Target : All students and teacher.
6. Problems : Teachers did not ask student to take notes.
7. Recommendations : Ask the administration to make a supervising action to the
teachers during class

C. SEGAK Test:
1. Objective : a) To check current fitness of students
b) Getting information about students BMIs
2. Date : April July
3. Time : During PHE class
4. Place : SMK Pendang
5. Target : All students of SMK Pendang.
6. Problems : Lack of equipments and lack of supervisions
7. Recomendations :a) Making SEGAK courses to teachers
b) Increase the number of equipments

D. Supervision Preparations.
1. Objetive : a. Ensuring teachers will be supervised at least once a year
b. Ensuring teachers teach according to syllabus.

4. Place :SMK Pendang
5. Target : All PHE teachers



6. Problems : PHE teachers can not follow RPT of subject because lack of
equipments
7. Recommendations : Asking for extra funds to upgrade store

a. To produce teachers that can lead an event planning management.
b. To produce a event that follows all the standard requirement and rules and regulations

5. Target : Form 3 students of SMK Pendang
6. Problems : Not involving all students.
7. Recommendations : Giving chance to all students to get into this courses
