SOLUTION TO THE PALESTINE- ISRAEL ISSUE The General Assembly and Security Council, Guided by the fact that the land of Israel is the homeland to both Palestine and Israel as well as a holy land to both religious cultures, Bearing in mind that Palestine and Israel have been fighting for approximately 69 years with continuous bloodshed, Fully aware that the Security Council has adopted 131 resolutions concerning that Arab- Israeli issue yet there has been little to no progress in achieving peace between the two parties, Noting with deep concern that the amount of Palestinian refugees in 1950 were only 750,000 compared to the 5 million refugees today, Deeply disturbed that the article Yarmuouk: A Refugee Camp Or Death Trap? states Its neither a camp nor a neighborhood for Palestinian refugees anymore, its a great death trap for thousands of innocents who got stuck in one of the most violent clashes of the 21st century., Having heard from the OCHA article Israeli-Palestinian Fatalities Since 2000 - Key Trends that Since the beginning of the second intifada in September 2000 until the end of July 2007, at least 5,848 people have been killed either directly or as an indirect consequence of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Taking into consideration that Palestine was never recognized as a state but only as a territory, Realizing that Israel is unwilling to compromise with Palestine on the subject from observing reactions of past resolutions such as resolution 194 where that claimed that any land shared with the Palestinians would end badly and with wars, Fully aware Palestine has rejected multiple peaceful solutions with acts of war and Israel has retaliated causing more bloodshed, Desiring the international goal to achieve peace between Israel and Palestine please consider the following resolution, 1. Recommends a two state solution to the long going crisis:
(a) The land will be partitioned to the 1947 Partition Plan with any other land swap negotiations between the two parties;
(b) For the first 6 months the United States and any other allies to Israel will be permitted to help enforce the new borders, any countries part of the Arab Quartet including Russia will be permitted to help Palestine enforce the new borders as well ;
(c) Access to Muslim and Jewish holy sites will be allowed within Israel and the newly established Palestine;
2. Confirms that current settlements built within the newly established Palestine are considered illegal and should be demolished immediately:
(a) These settlements will be in direct violation of the Geneva Convention;
(b) This will prevent any further declination of Palestinian land;
(c) If the Israeli government continues to build these settlements then the chance of there being a peace treaty between the two states will greatly decrease;
3. Requests that if the newly established Palestinian state is over populated then surrounding Arab countries absorb the remaining refugees and allow them citizenship:
(a) Countries that chose to absorb the remaining refugees will be provided with humanitarian aid in return from the members of the Security Council;
4. Recommends that in order to encourage peace between Israel and Palestine members of the General Assembly and Security council provide an economic incentive for periods of time where there are no acts of war or terrorism:
(a) For every year where there are no acts of war or terrorism then Palestine and Israel will be provided with economic aid;
5. Expresses its hope to finally achieve peace between Palestine and Israel by benefiting both sides: 6. Draws attention that the following resolution will be fulfilled in a two year period before further slaughter and bloodshed transpires.
