The registration fee has to be paid in the form of DD
drawn in favour of "The Principal, Kongu Engineering
College", payable at Erode. The registration fee includes
conference kit, proceedings, refreshment and lunch. For
each accepted paper, at least one author of the paper has
to register for participation.
NOTE: The Registration fee will be refunded for those
papers which have not been selected for presentation.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation can be arranged in the college hostels on
request at a nominal cost.

ABOUT THE COLLEGE

Kongu Engineering College, a leading research
oriented institution with excellent infrastructure
facilities, is run by Kongu Vellalar Institute of
Technology Trust [KVITT], Perundurai, Erode (TN).
The Institution has completed 29 years of dedicated and
excellent service in the field of technical education. The
Institution has a sprawling campus of 170 acres of land
with a lush green landscape. It offers 16 UG, 18 PG and
16 Research programmes in Engineering and Applied
Sciences. It has an active Industry Institute Partnership
cell (IIP) to interact with industries and also has a
Technology Business Incubator (TBI), first of its kind in
India, to nurture entrepreneurs in high tech areas. The
college is well known for its technical excellence,
modern facilities, record of performance with excellent
results and enterprising students. The Institution has got
NBA accreditation for all UG programmes and is also

Department of Computer Applications occupies a

specializations in computer science & its application.

The college is situated at Perundurai on the National
highway (NH 47) about 80 km from Coimbatore and 20

National Conference on Challenges and Innovations in
Information Technology (CIIT '14) aims to bring together
researchers, practitioners and students working on the
diverse fields of Information Technology, in order to
