Typical Discussion Areas as related to Real Estate, Infrastructure and Facilities Management Automation as a
Value-Driven Enabler for Green Smart Buildings, Environmental Sustainability and Intelligent Cities

Typically, presentations by Mr. Bruce K. Forbes focus on the rapid and successful integration of world-class
ARCHIBUS Technologies with legacy systems and information silos based on 30 years experience and the global
best practices and benchmarks of over 4,000,000 users. Presentations by Mr. Forbes typically provide a crash course
for real estate, infrastructure and facility professionals looking to implement CAFM systems, IWMS offerings, TIFM
solutions and/or UIFM Enterprises. Collectively such systems are called real estate, infrastructure and facilities
management (IFM) solutions.

The goal of Mr. Forbes presentations are to enable organizations to decide for themselves what is needed for value-
driven success and intuitive business transformations without having to pay expensive consultants and/or sit through
dozens of smoke-and-mirror demonstrations by sales persons who may only have limited exposure to world-class
standards, benchmarks and best-of-class offerings. Participating professionals are empowered to make strategic and
operational decisions about automation in a timely fashion and avoid the pitfalls associated with such deployments
(saving their organizations money, time and effort by applying the simple rules shared during this session).

Participants gain insight on how to expedite the development, implementation, and evaluation of their own CAFM,
IWMS, TIFM and/or UIFM Business Plan(s). Several years ago, Building Information Modeling (BIM) 1.0 and 2.0
became a strategic unifying force in the collaborative sharing of data and information by Architects, Engineers and
Contractors (AEC Professionals). Today, BIM 3.0 and BIM 4.0 (a.k.a. Enterprise Information Modeling
(EIM)), initially created by ARCHIBUS, will be a unifying force in collaborative sharing between Real Estate,
Infrastructure, Facilities and AEC professionals. Intuitive Business Transformation (IBT) environments, as
drivers for EIM will allow all of these professionals to work with their organizations executive teams to contribute to
their organizations strategic and operational initiatives in a powerfully unique and timely manner. Participants are
able to learn how they can begin to realize the benefits of deploying remarkable Intuitive Business Transformation
environments for IFM solutions in less than 30-days. Return on investment for such solutions is typically within 9
months and results in generating enough savings to empower organizations to expand their green initiatives and
start the creation of smart buildings in intelligent cities within their portfolios.
