Setup AirWatch on your Android device from Samsung
1. Ensure that you have successfully completed Step 1 Activating your account / Enrolling your
device.
2. Open the Email you received with the Subject Line Jumeirah Email Mobility Services Device
Activation
3. Ensure that your device is connected to the Internet either via WiFi or 3G
Note: Preferred mode is WiFi as additional data charges will apply for 3G Data Services
4. Download and Install the AirWatch MDM Agent App from the Play Store

Note: Post Installation of the AirWatch MDM Agent, when prompted ensure that you
Activate Device Administrator, by selecting Activate

5. Download and Install the AirWatch Samsung Service App from the Play Store

Activate Device Administrator, by selecting Activate

6. Launch the AirWatch MDM Agent and commence the enrollment process.
7. You should now see the AirWatch Enrollment page appear.

a. Device Services URL https://mobile.jumeirah.com (Ensure there are no spaces in the URL)
b. Group ID URL Enter Group ID as provided to you in the Device Activation email
c. Click Enroll Device
d. Enter Authentication Token Enter the Authentication Token that is provided in your Device
Activation email

e. Click Continue

f. Click Accept to agree to the Terms of Use
i. If you click on Decline you will not be able to proceed.

g. The installation of the AirWatch software should commence. Kindly be patient as this
process takes a few minutes.
h. If prompted ensure that you Activate Device Administrator, by selecting Activate

8. Once the enrollment is completed you should get notifications that your mail profile is pushed
as well as see the Jumeirah App Store and Jumeirah.com icons placed on your application lists.

9. You should also see under Notifications you will be prompted to enter credentials to the email
configuration

a. Enter the windows username and password
b. On successful authentication you should see your emails synchronized on your device.
10. Congratulations!!! You are now done with the enrollment process.
