CHAPTER 1 SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

The business is offering an exceptional service that anyone
can remember a kind of service that is reliable and dependable
in the times of needs, so to speak the researchers decided to
use the name FUND EXPRESS LOAN AND FINANCE. These venture aims
to provide financial assistance at low interest rate to its
clientele.

1.2 Location


We choose to locate our business in Del Pilar St.
Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, The owner choose that location
because of its accessibility and there are lots of
transportation facilities available on that area.

1.3 Vision

Our vision is to be one of the leading financial and
lending institutions, providing financial assistance to less
fortunate but deserving customer who does not have any access to
any credit company. We will also offer a multi-purpose cash loan
with no collateral requirement and comes in affordable payment
terms.

Our mission is to consistently exceed customer expectation
by providing value-adding solutions through professional and
highly motivated people, delivering excellent financial
performance in all markets where we operate. Our company serves
as an avenue promoting the welfare of the poor through

1.5.1 Management Study
The owners decided to use corporation as form of business
organization since the law required any lending company to be
registered as corporation. Capitalization will be sourced from
the owners own savings, hence to ensure the efficiency of the
use of resources, the owners decided to take the responsibility
of managing the affairs of the business.

1.5.2 Marketing Study
The owners will be using referral system as one of the
form of marketing strategy. It has been proven that word of
mouth is the best marketing strategy, so it is necessary to
preserve the good reputation of the company. Moreover, the
company will use tarpaulins and banners.

The business will offer different services such as:
Providing instant access to cash in times of needs
disclosing to borrowers the loan term, or number of
monthly payments you need to make to repay the loan

The amount capitalization as per Securities and Exchange

will b funded by the owners itself through equal sharing.

The proposed business will benefit the economy through
providing employment. This will give the hired employees and
their families their source of income for their living needs.
That consumers income will help keep the economy stimulated.
This business will promote religious practice by paying tax.
