SPECIFICATION FOR UPPER CIRCLE SUBDIVISION
To NR standard to be agreed with cinema operator -
Two frames of 92 S 10 Gypframe C Studs spaced at
600mm centres with Gypframe 99 FC 50 Fixing Channel at
3600mm centres or Gypframe GAB3 Acoustic Braces at
3300mm centres. 2 Layers of 15 mm soundlbloc each side
130 mm stone wool insulation. Faces feather edged and taped
to recieve new painted decor and ply/plaster mouldings.
Top curve formed in ply formers with isolating cut egde metal
to take 2 layers of 15 mm profile forming mdf and skim. Built into
downstand face of main drop beam to conserve plaster relief
existing to underside.
Form new grid structure to interior of arched shell in aluminium trilite
on brakcets.
Stage constructed in 18 mm ply and 150 x 75 mm GS sw framing
to create new level to stage and below floors to form
new grren rooms each side.
Inner face of new proscenium to middle room subdiviison in
matching detal to main coffer ceiling in upper circle. Full decor
scheme to be agreed. B
