*** Technically speaking this was a return to the office they leased in mid 2004, and abandoned in 2004, however the
address of 14 Wilson Ave., at their firm request, had been legally changed to 12 Wilson Ave.,this change was done by Mrs.
Renick with my reluctant consent at their expense via a motion to Essex Town Council, and other required steps with CANADA
POST to change the address of the buildings. The purpose of making this change was be still be able to get the mail of 14
Wilson St. When they vacated that unit 2 years prior to its lease end and moved into 16 Wilson St., in spite of Mrs. Michael's very
strong objection, both Jim Renick and Office Manager Mrs. Sherry Renick asked me as a personal favour to make this change, in
order to not create attention of how many address changes that they've actually made and how many fit physical moves that the
firm has made. Mrs. Michael's reluctance to go along with this request and any of the lawyers additional requests that weren't
already contemplated in the many leases could unfortunately be attributed to a deep seated since childhood mistrust she had of
Mormonism and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. With that fact in mind perhaps the fact that Mr. Renick was not
only her commercial tenant, and her lawyer but an the actual Melchizedek Priest of Essex County, might have been asking a lot
from someone who wasnt a huge fan of change. Needless to say it didnt help matters when in less then 21 months the firm had
breached the terms and conditions of not 1 but 2 separate leases. Secondly this particular subject unit of 12/14 Wilson St., was
previously occupied by her now deceased husband, my grandfather, Arthur Michael's Zenith Television dealership from late
1940's to his death in 1996. The unit was left untouched until the firm Walstedt Renick Environmental and Municipal Law LLP,
came into picture.
