2 A HANDS FREE AUTOMATIC APP INTRODUCTION Using the phone whilsting driving is extremely dangerous not only for the drivers but also the pedestrians, however it is indeed common but unaviodable because smart phone is used widely these days. To solve that problem, an hands free app is invented with the function of recongnise the voice and broadcast aloud; this app let hands go back to the steering so that drivers can keep alert when driving. 3. BUSINESS SECTION 3. 1 Vision To eliminate the distraction by reacting to the drivers order. To ensure the safety of drivers by keeping the attention to surroundings. 3. 2 Industry Analysis: application industry Industry: Application industry. The production of this hands free automatic application mainly rely on the application industry where only professional experts with specific IT knowledge are capable creating it. Force: High/Low: Justification: Buyer power: High A wealth of apps that are designed to reduce the distraction while driving rapidly appear to the market these days, such as cellcontrol, IZUP, and tXtblocker. Given these popular apps, customers have a large range of options when purchasing, which offers a high power to the customers. (YAHOO safety, 2014).
3
3 Supplier power: High Even though heaps of apps for stopping texting exsit, only few of them can recongnise what the drivers speak;with this unique function, experts who are equipped with superb and mastered IT technique are required to generate the product. Threat of new entrants: Low The biggest barrier will be the high request for technology to new entrants. Once this technique for recognition is implemented successfully, it will definitely become a completive advantage in terms of current situation. Threat of substitutes: Low The substitues of app on smartphone will be the device or the complicate kits on cars; howerever it is unlikely to turn to use these for the dear cost and inconvenience. For example, a device called ORIGOSafe is invented to disable the use of phone while driving, but the difference is, unless your phone is plugged into the device, your car will not start. What is more, it will take $279 for installation.(Discovery News, 2013).
Rivalry among existing competitors: Low Rivalry among existing competitor is low because the similar existing products fail to identify the voice and response of it when calls and texts come in, which is the competitive edge for our new creation.

4 Overall attractiveness of the industry: This new product challenges the conventional app for blocking ftom outside, in contrast it allows for the driver to give a response to calls and texts without moving their eyes from the road and touching the phone. 3. 3 Customers and Their Needs Smartphone plays a vital role in a variety of aspect in the telecommunication age, and people tend to be tied with outside world strongly all the time. The creation of this hands free app satisfies the people who need to answer the phone even driving like businessmen who need to be informed of if something urgent happen. When a call comes in, this app will ask drivers whether they want to answer it, if drivers want to reply, system will connect to the call automatically; otherwise, the system will block the signal. During the time, drivers can keep looking forward and holding the steer; what they need to do is just speak out so that their voices can be received. 3. 4 The Product and Service We display the app in app store and customers can search for the name of our handsfree app; inadditon, discription and instucture are also put on the internet. After being aware of the function of this app, customers can purchase and download it online using your google account. Once the product is installed successfully, whenever drivers start driving , as the bluetooth get the signal of cigarette lighter, he or she will experience a fantastic journey. 3. 5 Suppliers and Partners The mainly supplier are application engineer whose job is making the program, testing the feature then posting the product on the app store. Another potential suppliers is Google. We need google to provide a platform, app store, by which we can trade with customers. ANZ is one of our partner,ANZ support us to get paid, and it also get benefits in return, so we establish partner relationship with ANZ bank before this app launch to the market.
5
5 Smartphone manufacturers could be the potential partner. If a manufacture wants to include our product in the app list, they may negotiate with as for the right of using it. 3. 6 Strategy: low cost broad market cost leadership strategy We will focus on the low cost broad market cost leadership strategy. On one hand, although we put plenty of time and capital for researching, programming, and testing the feature, we still aim to serve people in a way of being affordable and smarter. On the other hand, smartphone has been a part of living, working, and educating, individuals depend on apps to contact with others, search for a new place, and even pay off bills, thereby we make effort to put this hands free app into use for every person when he or she are driving. The overall strategy is therefore the low cost broad market cost leadership strategy 3. 7 Value Chain Activity: technology development The most important value chain activity for this business is: technology development Technology development is the core value for an app, which is the foundation on how we innovate and how the product serve people; if we want the app to be accepted widely, the technology of recognising and giving response to the order must be the most valuable activi ty (Value chain analysis, n.d.). 3. 8 Business Processes 3. 8. 1. PROGRAMMING PROCESS: Programming process is composed of collecting users voice, analyse and reply to the order, and broadcasting the information. This part is associated closely with the high standard technology, which calls for experts programming precisely and perfectly. If we can complete the programming process well, we will receive the competitive advantage at the same time.

3. 8. 2. PAYMENT PROCESS Payment progress is about how we get paid by customers. When a purchase is ensured to be paid, customers will receive a payment requirement; as long as we receive the payment, customers are able to download it from the Internet. In this part we need the support of Google and ANZ that I already mentioned before.

3. 10. 1. PROGRAMMING PROCESS SYSTEM- program system drives technicians working with specific tasks, such as designing, programming, and testing. Under this system, steps and details are assigned in order, which the other proceed can move on smoothly. 3. 10. 2. APP RELEASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMApp release management system guide the step after finishing the app. Once tests are conducted successfully, managers will talk with Google about the stuff like when to release the app, what pattern will be used and selling price (Preparing for Release, n.d.). 3. 10. 3.
