3.10 Systems

3.10. 1. PRODUCTI ON OPERATING SYSTEM It enables to monitor process of production and
apply new knowledge to the process. This system will examine each steps of the production
process effectively and try to minimise the problem occurred. If the problem has occurred,
this system will enable to make correction and keep the process working. This system can
delight customers by providing less faulty goods.

CONCLUSION
Overall, E-Pass can solve the problem of congestion in New Zealand. E-Pass Device Industry
has a vision of running smoothly through the crowded world and providing an advance
technology, convenient-to-use, and high-quality lifestyle for people who access the
congestion. It has a high attractiveness, as it creates first mover advantage and causes all of
the five forces are reasonably low. Besides that, it has differentiation market strategy
because it focuses on broad market and high cost. The key value chain activity is technology
development. Quality Assurance Processs functions are monitoring and checking products
quality during the process; and Prototype Testing Processs functions are applying new
knowledge and improving product through research. Both of these processes are related
with the technology development. Lastly, Production Operating System, Quality Control
System, and Feedback Receiving System incorporate with the functions and business
process which mention from the above.
