Checklist for points to be covered in Company Profile of the client to be submitted to Bank

Brief Background of the Company


- Promoted by
- Location of factory, registered office, other offices,etc
- Goods/services provided
- Sector in which company falls & importance of company in sector (if any)
- Whether project taken on BOT, BOOT, EPC, etc if any & terms of such contract in short.
- Resources of company for example: machineries in numbers, type of goods each machinery
produces or services provided.
- Time period since the company is present & its growth details.
- Classification of overall operations of company into different goods/services provided (if the
operation of one type of goods/services is totally different from one another as per product,
type of market, buyers of such product, etc.
- Advantages of Company considering factors like location, technology of machine, clearances
from Govt if any, water supply, electricity supply, type of customers dealt with, any other
advantages which gives the company edge over others.

Clientele
- 4 to 5 names of reputed clients to be stated to whom co sells the goods.

Directors/Promoters Background
- A brief of each director needs to be given in short stating their qualification, experience &
responsibility & how their qualification & experience has helped the business.
For example, given below is the brief of each director:
Nrupal Patil:
Mr. Nrupal J. Patil is a MBA-Finance from Pune University. He initially was the proprietor
of PNP Maritime Services which then later converted into PNP maritime Services Private
Limited. He has been solely responsible for setting up of the Dharamtar port from
scratch and looks after the business development related activities.
He is also well versed in the operations and maintenance of passenger ferries that are
being operated by the company in the Mumbai-Mandwa-Alibag route daily.
Chitralekha Patil:
Mrs.Chitralekha Patil is a commerce graduate who handles the administrative issues of
PNP Maritime Services Pvt Ltd.
Jayant Patil :
Mr. Jayant Patil was the brains behind starting the port operations. He started his career
as a printer with a printing press. He has retired from the company and is now taking
care of his printing business in the name of Nagesh Enterprises.
