course of se+eral (onths.
+. "e,#ection - P(ase 1:
This lesson is designed to help students use +ocabulary and e.pressions taught until now and to gi+e
the( (ore confidence when spea%ing English. Spea%ing with their partners about each others fa+ourite
season gi+es the( confidence because there is no teacher-s inter+ention and they %now that their partner
%now as (uch gra((ar and +ocabulary they do. 3oing this they ha+e ti(e to e.ercise the +ocabulary
that they will later use in their co(positions. )fter the spea%ing e.ercise they ha+e to write and put
together what they-+e discussed with their partners and use the chart when the need. t-s a good e.ercise
because this prepares the students to spea% in front of the class. 3oing all these e.ercises spea%ing with
their partners about their fa+ourite season and then writing a short co(positions is actually an e.ercise
(eant to prepare students for presenting their ideas in front of the class.
