Twecos Flux-cored Guns are Designed

for Use with All Gasless Wires

A rugged heat shield is standard on the flux-cored gun and the guns use genuine Tweco consumables which are interchangeable with other leading flux-cored guns. The Flux-cored 350 amp
model feeds wire from 1/16" (2,0mm) to 3/32" (2,4mm) and is rated at 60% duty cycle. The 450 amp
model feeds wire from 3/32" (2,4mm) to 1/8" (3,2mm) and is also rated at 60% duty cycle. The guns
are available with 10 ft. (3m) and 15 ft. (5m) cable lengths.
Twecos flux-cored guns are lightweight and flexible to help reduce welder fatigue. The guns feature a replaceable liner for cost savings, improved conductor tube design and the convenience of
four trigger lead wires. The rear plug is removable to adapt to different feeders.
