Base / Cutting Oil Emulsifier
We are regarded as one of the most significant players in
the manufacturing and supplying Cutting Oil Emulsifier.
Our Soluble Cutting Oil Emulsifier is known for its stable
thick milky white emulsion. Our Emulsifier is Eco friendly
(rosin and Phenol free) and the resulting cutting oil is
suitable for water hardness of 10000 ppm. Also we can
adjust the Emulsifier based on base oil to be used.
It a very unique product manufactured by us much better
than the already existing emulsifiers in the market. Our
Cutting Oil Emulsifier ( DIKO ECOIL ) gives an clear stable
Concentrate and a thick milky white stable emulsion when
mixed with water.
DIKO ECOIL is mixed with BASE Oil at a dosage of only 8
to 12 % to get a Clear Concentrate.
This concentrate can then be mixed with water in the ratio
of 1 : 20 to get a thick milky white emulsion.
