Welcome to the turning center of excellence - VX-135. A high powered spindle motor that
comes with peak perf ormance and a precision meant to undertake the toughest of the jobs
assigned with an optimum productiv ity.


Creating ef f ectiv e new sy stem with cutting-edge technology, we bring y ou the
adv antage of the speed VX -135, a result of new generation sy stem engineering using
Pro E and repeated testing with FEM analy sis.
Widely space guide way s, are designed with adv anced dif f erential bed way (Ladder
Structure) conf iguration prov ides maximum stability. For consistent, machining
smoothness and unif orm load distribution.
Enhancing the perf ormance of the machine are the appealing f eatures like the
well-spaced LM guideway s, which are centrally programmable, lubricated and
completely cov ered. These prov ide exceptional rigidity and stability to the machine.
In addition, the pre-f ensioned ball screws which are directly coupled with the axis
motors minimize the pre transmission loss.
Made with top-notch alloy steel this cartridge ty pe spindle is made to minimize the
ef f ects of thermal distortion. It is designed with a technical f inesse to prov ide
uny ielding accuracy ov er extended periods of operations.
Radial and axial load in heav y duty machining can be av oided with its three f ront and
two rear angular contact bearings. Assembled in a spic and span premises, amid the
conditions of constant temperature and humidity control the spindle unit ensures high
precision and greased pack to last f or a lif espan.
All the components of the machine are designed an analy zed in such a way that it can
be used f or continuous and heav y duty machining
