Dear Candidate,
First of all, let me congratulate you for your decision to apply for the position of
CEEDer of AIESEC Bansk Bystrica for the summer 2014!
Taking an CEEDership is a huge step towards your development. It takes a lot of
courage, self-discipline, but you can learn and experience more than you can imagine! By being
a part of EB, you will really get an overview about how organizational management looks like,
what is it like to create and implement strategies and to leave a legacy within your functional
area and LC. Moreover it is a very intense and unique two months team experience so enjoy
every bit of it, either good times which will bring you unforgettable memories or the more
challenging ones from which you will learn about yourself and others a lot.

application form (AF) cannot extend 4 pages
application package has to be sent in PDF format visual form is up to you but the
content of questions cannot be changed. Please also delete these first pages. Name the
file as: CEED_summer 14_your_name_country
Curriculum vitae must be written in English and contain at least information about your
education and work experience

Election and selection process:
Selections will be done as Skype interview with LCP and EB members. Wheter you are
accepted or not EB will be announced within 3 days from interview.
It is expected that selected CEEDer will attend Conference CEC: 16.-20.7.2014
Job description:
VP iGCDP responsibilities since 1st of July to 31st of August 2014
Responsible for summer projects running communication with project team, tracking,
realization of project and evaluation
Tracking iGCDP project managers responsible for autumn projects matching
CEC (Central European Congress) attendance (fee partially covered by LC)
Working with EB cooperation on common topics
Implementing good case practices from his/her country
Communication with MC
Requirements
Experience with iGCDP (at least team leader experience)
Team work
Easy communication
Open minded
Excellent English
Responsibility
Preffered countries non-visa countries, country with developed iGCDP processes, country
with similar reality as in Slovakia
Lot of luck with completing the application form and later on during the selections as well!
