Communication is the exchange and flow of
information and ideas from one person to
another; it involves a sender transmitting an
idea, information, or feeling to a receiver.

Sender- Source who starts the process of
communication by sending a message.
Message- Information/Idea/Feeling that needs
to be transmitted.
Communication Medium- Method used for
transmission of the message
Receiver- Destination where the message has
to reach

Feedback is the reply provided by a receiver to
the sender to indicate whether the message
has been properly received, understood and
acted upon.

Therefore, effective communication involves
feedback.
