1. References: a) Memo from DMG dated January 13, 2011, re-submission
of daily operational report;
b) Memo from DMG dated March 28, 2012
re-Submission/Preparation of Daily Operation/ Situation
Report.

2. In compliance with the above reference, submitted is the Daily Operational
Report/Situation Report of this office covering the period from 6:00 o clock in the morning
of March 27, 2013 to 6:00 o clock in the morning of March 28, 2013.

RMU2 DAILY OPERATIONAL REPORT

Para 1 - Disposition and Location of Personnel :( No Change)

Para 2 - Status of Equipment/Water Craft: (No change)

Para 3 - Operational Activities

a. ISO

- None

b. ANTI CRIMINALITY


- At about 8:00 o clock in the morning of 27 March 2013, operatives of Hqs
RMU2 led by PO3 Richard Aggabao with four (4) other PNCOs conducted police visibility
at Tallungan Ferry Terminal, Brgy Tallungan, Aparri, Cagayan and returned to office at
about 2:00 o clock in the afternoon with no untoward incident.

- At about 7:30oclock in the morning of 27 March 2013, team led by SPO2
Amado D Gonzalo with three (3) other PNCOs conducted police visibility at San Vicente
Port, Sta. Ana, Cagayan and returned to station at about 2:00 o clock in the afternoon
with no untoward incident.
- At about 8:00 oclock in the morning of 27 March 2013, team led PO3
Rizalino D Sampilo with four (4) other PNCOs conducted police visibility at Minanga Port,
Brgy Centro 6, Claveria, Cagayan and returned to office about 3:00 o clock in the
afternoon with no untoward incident.
- At about 07:30 o clock in the morning of 27 March 2013, elements of MPP
Macanaya led by SPO2 Orlando S Matas with four (4) other PNCOs rendered police
visibility during arrival and departure of M/Bca passengers at Macanaya Wharf, Brgy
Macanaya, Aparri, Cagayan and returned to station at about 2:00 o clock in the
afternoon with no untoward incident.


Para 4 - Result of Operations

- None


Para 5 - Future plan for the week

a. To enhance operational accomplishment through conduct of
seaborne patrol within AOR in order to preempt/apprehend violators
of illegal fishing and other crimes committed.
b. Conduct intensive police operations in order to apprehend/arrest
most wanted persons with rewards through coordination with other
PNP units within AOR.

c. Continue the conduct of Police visibility and maintain strict security
measures on Ports and Vital installation within AOR to preempt any
terroristic activities.

d. strengthening linkages to intelligence community particularly CBIN in
order to collect and evaluate timely intelligence information report.

Para 7 - PCR/Admin Activities:

March 27, 2013 at 9:00 oclock in the morning personnel 201st MARPSTA led
by SPO2 Jessie R Ligutan conducted Dialogue/Ugnayan with the residence of Brgy.
Zinungan, Sta Ana, Cagayan, Topics discussed is the Implementation of LOI KONTRA
BOGA against loose firearms and Intensification of the implementation of LOI SITA,
Operation BAKAL, operations for the Summer Vacation (SUMVAC), Lenten Season,
Intensify Drive Against Criminality, all Forms of Illegal Gambling, Fewer Desk COPS,
more Patrolmen, Gun-Proficient COPS and other Police security operations. The said
activity ended at 11:00 oclock same date.

At about 8:30 oclock in the morning of 27 March 2013, the undersigned
attended the Conference held at PRO2 Conference Hall, Camp Adduru, Tuguegarao
City presided by the Regional Director, PCSUPT RODRIGO PURISIMA DE GRACIA which
were attended by City Directors, Battalion Commanders of Maneuvering Forces of the
PNP and AFP, and some Chiefs of National Support Unit.



Para 8 - Weather condition

- The weather condition within AOR is sunny and normal sea condition.


Para 9 - Morale of Personnel

Morale and welfare of personnel is high through continuous recognition of their
untiring effort in achieving operational/administrative mandates, recommend the
issuance of appropriate awards/medals, sent them for mandatory schooling to enhance
their capabilities in law enforcement and provide necessary assistance for their welfare.

I. SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS

III. ARREST OF WANTED PERSONS

IV. ANTI-TERRORISM ACTIVITIES/IMPLEMENTATION OF THE THREE-TIERED DEFENSE SYSTEM

- This office and its MARPSTAs sustain the daily police visibility and patrol along their
respective areas of deployment on piers, ports, ferry terminals and directed all personnel to be
vigilant at all times in anticipation of possible local terrorist attacks to our camps and other vital
installations within the area.
- INTEL operatives were also directed to intensify counter-intelligence monitoring on
the movements of local threat groups particularly the NPAs wherein diversionary tactics were
applied to mount high-profile attacks.

V. OTHER ACTIVITIES

March 27, 2013 at 9:00 oclock in the morning personnel 201st MARPSTA
