Assalammualaikum Wr. Wb.
Good morning everybody
The honorable master of ceremony
The honorable jury of speech contest
The honorable my beloved family, faculty of nursing
And the honorable all the audience

1stly, i want to say thank to Allah SWT, because his chance, we can meet in this room with a
good condition.
2ndly, i want to say shalawat and salam to our prophet Muhammad SAW, because his way,
our world was changed from the darkness to be the brightness.

I am Muhammad Rozikhin as the delegation from Faculty of Nursing. I want to speech about
The Important of a Healthy Lifestyle.

The audience whom i love
Anyone would not feel sickness. Healthy is always the important hope in our pray to doing
our daily life. a healthy is so expensive values, because if we get sick, we will to try harder be
healthy again. If we are unhealthy, we can not do anything what we want to do. So keep your
healthy as well as you hope.

The audience whom i respect
Be a healthy people, we must knwon what a healthy lifestyle concept. A healthy lifestyle is
the human daily activity with the healthy life concept. It can avoid us from a unhealthy
lifestyle and many problem healthy.

The audience whom i proud
A healthy lifestyle is so easy to do, but sometimes somebody is considering it. Because as
you know, in this globalization era, anybody always do the easy way like a unhealthy
lifestyle. For example, consume the soft drink or alcohol, eat junk food, drug abuse, free sex,
rest less than 8 hours, and many more. It makes the body is unhealthy.

So, how we can do a simple healthy lifestyle?
1stly, consume the nutritious food
The nutritious food is the food contains many carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, mineral, and
many more what is needed for body. It makes our immunity of body is high and our body is
so fresh and healthy.

2ndly, physical exercise
Physical exercise can makes us more healthy and fresh. And also it can arrange our all
metabolism system more be better. It can do in our daily activity, for example. Run around
our home for 15-30 minutes everyday.

3rdly, avoid the unhealthy lifestyle
It likes a smoke habbit, consume the alcohol and junk food, free sex, drug abuse, and many
more. Thats all can makes our healthy too worse. And also it makes our immunity of body is
too low.

The last, take a rest for 8 hours
As you know, take a rest for 8 hours is better time to gives our body regeneration our broken
cells. It can stabilize our all metabolism system in our body. As you know, rest time less than
and more than 8 hours is unhealthy lifestyle and it makes our body is unwell. Rest time less
than 8 hours can makes somebody get sick likes headache, hypertension, and many more.
And rest time less than 8 hours can makes our body too fat, laziness, and many more.

Me and all of you as the young health generation in this campus must do a healthy lifestyle to
be a good example for the others. We must fight to increase the health rate of indonesia and
the human health of Indonesia. We must be proud with our status now, because i believe that
all of us can be pioneer of health in Indonesia.

Maybe just thats all what i can speech in this chance. Sorry if there are many mistakes.
