adenine, catechutannic-acid, D-catechin,
guanine, hypoxanthine, mucilage, protein,
resin, saponin, starch, tannin, theobromine,

Cell Respiration
Citric acid: is derived from citric fruits which in turn has sugar that goes
through the cell respiration stages. It is found in the krebs cycle.
Guarana seed extract: It stimulates the nervous system; the heart, muscles,
and controls blood pressure. But it does not go through the cell respiration
stages. It occurs in the glycolysis.
Riboflavin: converts carbs into sugars which in turn the sugar goes through
the cell respiration. It occurs in the glycolysis.
Niacin: converts carbs into sugars which in turn the sugar goes through the
cell respiration. It occurs in the glycolysis.

Cell Respiration
Vitamin B6: it helps produce insulin and red and white
blood cells. Because of the natural insulin (sugar) it goes
through the cell respiration stages. It occurs in
glycolysis.
Vitamin B12: goes hand in hand with vitamin B6. It
occurs in glycolysis.
Phosphorus: helps make ATP which stores energy. It
occurs in the Electron Transport.

Harmful side effects
Citric acid: It can cause cramps or muscle twitching, swelling or weight
gain, mood changes, weakness, rapid and shallow breathing, a fast heart rate,
black or bloody stools, severe diarrhea, a restless feeling, or convulsions

Vitamin B6: sensory nerve problems, and skin lesions.
Vitamin B12: diarrhea, blood clots, itching, serious allergic reactions.
Phosphorus: it can form deposits in soft tissues such as muscle.
