Phenoline 187 This amine-cured epoxy is a versatile chemical resistant coating, particularly good for fuel exposures.
Phenoline 341
Phenoline 341 is a solventless, epoxy lining for a variety of cargos including water, potable water, wastewater, seawater, fuels, crude oils, and
other solutions. It is applied by standard airless spray equipment, as a single coat lining for ballast tanks or other storage vessels. It is
acceptable for use as a lining for potable water tanks of 100 gal or larger and pipe diameters of 18 inches or larger.
Phenoline 353 & LT
Phenoline 353 is a highly cross-linked epoxy lining with extraordinary overall chemical resistance and versatility. It has a unique blend of resins
that make it highly resistant to a variety of aggressive cargos like ethanol, gasolines, gasoline blends, biodiesel, fuel oils, and others. It can be
used in both acidic and high temperature caustic exposures. Markets served are terminals, refineries, petrochemical, wastewater, railcar linings,
and many others.
Phenoline 368WG
Highly cross-linked coating with long track record and excellent performance as a lining for crude oil service, brine and water/oil mixtures.
Widely used as a tank lining system in the petrochemical industry, Phenoline 368 WG performs extremely well in immersion conditions at
elevated temperatures and where chemical resistance to caustics is required.
Phenoline 385
High performance, high solids, epoxy lining that is recommended for a variety of petroleum storage products including 180F (82C) crude oil,
demineralized water 150F (66C), crude/water mixtures, gasohol, ethanol, fuel oil, jet fuel, biodiesel, and gasoline. It is also a good choice for
wastewater and water exposures. Product is self-priming and is normally applied in two coats. It is also suitable for food-grade (aqueous)
cargos.
Phenoline 1205
This reinforced epoxy novalac has excellent overall chemical resistance. Has outstanding resistance to a variety of chemical fumes, splash, and
spillage. It is glass flake filled for internal reinforcement.
Plasite 4110
A vinyl ester coating combined with inert flaked fillers that provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals including acids and food
products. Specially pigmented to provide high abrasion resistance properties. Is NSF certified for cold potable water storage and meets FDA
requirements for direct food contact. Recommended for services such as carbon filters, process and storage vessels, bag houses, stacks,
absorbers and ductwork in flue gas desulfurization units. Dry temperature resistant to 380F (193C) continuous.
Plasite 4310
A vinyl ester coating combined with inert flaked fillers that provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals including acids and
solvents. Specially pigmented to provide high abrasion resistance properties. Recommended as a tank lining for process and storage vessels,
bag houses, stacks, absorbers and ductwork in flue gas desulfurization units. Dry temperature resistant to 380F (193C) continuous.
Plasite 4500S
A flake-filled premium epoxy similar in performance to Plasite 4500. It can be applied by standard spray equipment with a short, but workable
potlife.
Plasite 4500
A flake-filled premium epoxy applied by plural equipment up to 40 mils in a single coat. Broad range chemical resistance, low temperature cure
to 35F (2C), and extreme toughness.
Plasite 4550S
A flake-filled premium epoxy novolac similar in performance to Plasite 4550. It can be applied by standard spray equipment with a short, but
workable potlife. Has resistance to 92-98% concentrated sulfuric acid. Will discolor the acid, not recommended where acid purity is a concern.
Plasite 4550
A flake-filled premium epoxy novolac applied by plural equipment up to 40 mils in a single coat. Very broad range of resistance to aggressive
chemicals, low temperature cure to 35F (2C), and extreme toughness. Has resistance to 92-98% concentrated sulfuric acid. Will discolor the
acid, not recommended where acid purity is a concern.
Plasite 7156
An epoxy-phenolic, amine-adduct cured coating with excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and high temperature-high purity water
service. Also used in the petroleum industry in high temperature-high pressure services. Meets FDA requirements for direct food contact. NSF
certified for commercial hot water (180F, 82C).
Plasite 7159
A high solids amine cured epoxy coating specially formulated to have excellent resistance to high temperature, high purity water at high service
pressures. Recommended in the power industry for demineralized water tanks. Also recommended in the petroleum industry for pressurized
process vessels such as oil and water separators.
Plasite 9050
An epoxy novolac lining with the unique characteristics of low temperature cure (35 F) and ethanol resistance. It is specifically designed to line
steel tanks and pipes in petroleum-based product service (crude oil, fuel oil, diesel, biodiesel, gasoline) but also has a wide breadth of chemical
resistance for other aggressive exposures including hot caustics, wastewater, and aromatic solvents.
Plasite 9060
An amine cured, high solids, epoxy coating with excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals including solvents and alkalies. Meets FDA
requirements for direct food contact. Recommended for the food and beverage industry. Meets the performance requirements for MIL-C-
4556E in jet fuel service. A high abrasion resistance version (9060 HAR) is available for high abrasion services.
Plasite 9085
A high solids, amine cured, modified epoxy novolac coating with a wide range of chemical resistance. Has excellent resistance to concentrated
(92-98%) sulfuric acid. Requires force curing at 150F or 200F (66C or 93C) to reach full cure.
