WALLEYE TOURNAMENT
1 All participants must hold a valid shing licence.
2 Only 2 anglers per team.
3 All Manitoba Fishing regulations must be followed.
4 Team may weigh in 5 sh total
5 All sh must be kept in an aerated live well or covered aerated tub.
6 All sh measuring between 45cm-70cm must be released.
7 Teams may weigh in 2 sh over 70cm.
8 Measuring sh will be as follows, closed mouth, pinched tail to max
length.
9 A penalty of 16 oz will be issued for stressed sh.
10 A sh deemed dead will not be weighed.
11 Fishing hours are from 8 am to 4 pm
12 There will be a trickle start.
13 There will be start markers and also there will be no speeding past the
marker when coming in to weigh in.
14 A 16 oz penalty will be assessed for speeding past that point.
15 Any team or teams returning late at end of day will be assessed an 8 oz
penalty, after 5 minutes that team or teams will be disqualied.
16 All teams must check in at end of tournament.
17 Any teams that touch boats or pass any objects to other teams will be
disqualied. (Both teams).
18 There will be no alcohol to be consumed during tournament hours (Team
or teams will disqualied)
19 In the event of a tie a 15 min sh off will come into effect. First team back
with a legal walleye will be deemed the winner.
20 All other ties after rst will be combined cash prizes and the split.
21 Remember we are here to have a good day of shing with friends and
family.
22 Legal sh are walleye, saugeye and saugers.
23 Come early if registering that morning.
