From the differences in Network architecture vs others < prioritise importance for future spends e.g
Fibre ,CEN , Ipification, SGSN pool,RECC Arieso etc)
Should do redeployment of Micro wave as we do ip fication & for old less energy efficient sites as
possible : instead of keeping them in warehouse : could lead to sudden write off
Aggregate Locations <no of msc's etc> : lower capex/opex : e.g Guj we have 4X bsc's vs Idea with
similar coverage and being appx 2X on other KPI's
