Altamira Technology Corporation, Director and Manager AJ Operations
August 2012 - April 2014
Oversaw and directed the day-to-day operations of the Annapolis Junction (AJ) office in support of an Intelligence
Community (IC) Customer. Responsible for profit and loss, business development, caring for assigned associates,
and for demonstrating and providing leadership. Served as the Prime Program Manager for a $400M research
division IDIQ contract with team of 32 subcontractors. Task orders managed focused on the implementation of the
IC cloud, mobile technology and big data.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Directed the win strategy and capture of seven task orders valued at over $10M on large IDIQ contract for
research division of IC customer.
Orchestrated the win strategy and sub-contractor partnership with the prime for capture of a large IDIQ.
Assured the attainment of fully accredited SCIF for AJ to include upgrading three operational networks, and
movement of existing government site team to the on-site contractor facility.
Oversaw the upgrade of the infrastructure office at AJ to include new office furniture, hiring senior technical
lead, recruiter, and security personnel to establish the proper base of operations for an AJ business unit.
Achieved double digit year-over-year growth from 2012 to 2013 in revenue (30%), margin (45%), and
headcount (45%).
Expanded two existing task orders valued at over $2M in current year revenue on large IDIQ contract for
research division of IC customer. One task order focused on expansion of existing cloud task order.

September 2004 - August 2012
Led large-scale, integrated IT program office support organizations. Clients served in this role include: AOL (150
staff / $16M Sales/ Year); Defense Acquisition University (75 staff/$15M Sales / Year); and Center for Medicaid and
Medicare (240 Staff / $50M Sales / Year). Supported large business development opportunities as Proposal
Manager, Technical and Management Volume Lead or Bid PM for multiple opportunities ranging in size from $15M
to $400M.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
As Program Manager and Proposal Manager for $142M, 6+ year government-directed change order sales
opportunity, made on-time delivery of complex proposal during start-up phase of this large program.
As Program Manager and Proposal Manager for an $18.9M, 34-month bid for capture from an incumbent,
developed and delivered a proposal that was so superior that the government awarded the contract to CSC in
just nine days.
As Program Manager and Technical Lead, developed the proposal, presented at orals, and won the bid with
the technical solution for client re-compete of a five-year $16M sales opportunity.

Operated as Shadow Deputy to government information technology life cycle program office organization. Hired
by the government program manager to position normally held by senior government civilian. Responsibilities
included being a mentor and coach to the government deputy and the remainder of the contractor / government
staff (50 staff).
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Astute in applying business logic to operational technology requirements -led a provisional program office team
to full US Army Requirements Operational Council (executive board-level equivalent) approval of a $285M
multi-year government program in 74 days.
Developed and published the program documentation required to support a successful government milestone B
program decision; the program was put on track and received funding.

Led the on-site client delivery, including recovery, of large-scale high visibility programs for Fortune 500 clients-
Merrill Lynch, AT&T Solutions, Fleet Bank, Lucent, Continental Airlines, Dell, EDS, and Sun. Provided executive
client interface and held project profit & loss responsibility.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Directed project start-up (requirements phase) of $3M full life cycle customer relationship management project
for CONTINENTAL AIRLINES; earned the corporate Consulting Excellence Award for 2000.
Enabled project recovery on a $2.5M Y2K project for the European branch of a large telecommunications
manufacturer, and saved a major corporate account.
Ensured project recovery for a $6M web-based development project for a large wireless company and received
corporate recognition with Fire-Fighter award.
Started up a $13M Y2K project for FLEET BANK; NCR recognized exemplary project documentation
authorship with the Think Bank award.
Expedited recovery efforts on $25M computer equipment rollout project for large regional bank; project allowed
the customer to avoid $2.5M / day fines from the office of Currency Controller.
Directed the start-up of a $50M Internet backbone equipment rollout project with AT&T SOLUTIONS for
