Positive thinking is a powerful tool in shaping ones body.

Studies have shown how mental imagery can


help one lose weight or increase breast size. Performing mental imagery costs nothing, requires no
drugs, has no side effects, and only involves practice.
When we are under stress, our body releases cortisol, a stress hormone. With less cortisol, the body can
burn a higher percentage of body fat. Thousands of studies have now shown that stress-reduction
techniques can reduce or prevent the slow cortisol drip that plagues so many today. Anyone who takes
the time to mentally reprogram their perceptions can prevent the cortisol flood and ensuing body fat
storage.
The stress-cortisol connection is so well established that a drug has been created to reduce the toxic
effects of cortisol. Drawing upon the studies that have linked elevated cortisol blood levels and weight
gain, CortiSlim says their product addresses a root cause of being overweight. CortiSlim works by
negating the effects of cortisol.
However, cortisol is not the root cause of their being overweight. The root cause lies in why their body
has elevated levels of cortisol in the first place. Without taking the time to address ones perceptions, the
body will continue to be stressed and produce cortisol. Many could find themselves trapped in a terrible
cycle of diminishing health and increased weight.
Tools like mental imagery, hypnosis, and meditation reprogram habitually negative responses into
positive and useful responses.
The thoughts and feelings you bring with you to the table are just as important as the sensible balanced
meal you sit down to, writes Candace Pert, Ph.D., research professor of physiology and biophysics at
Georgetown University Medical Center, in Molecules of Emotion.
Science has also shown that mental imagery can shape your body even more directly.
The use of hypnosis for breast enlargement has a long tradition in the clinical field, says "The Oxford
Handbook of Hypnosis." The text is regarded as the fields definitive reference text and sites numerous
studies from the last several decades. LeCron, L.M. used a combination of suggested visualization and
increased physiological activity to increase breast size in 20 women, aged 20 to 35 years old. Overall,
breast size increased 1.5 inches, with five showing an increase of two inches and three showing no
change. Willard also demonstrated breast enlargement in 22 women using imagery, adding those most
able to visualize the changes show[ed] the largest increases. Another study by Staib and Logan found
that three months after suggestions of visualization and sensations of growth, an average of 81 percent of
the gains had been retained. Williams also performed several studies finding that it was not enough
simply to enter a hypnotic statevisualizing and feeling sensations of breast growth were necessary to
achieve results. The Oxford Handbook concludes, These studies uniformly support the use of hypnosis
for breast growth.
Molecules of Emotion also recounts a study from the famed psychiatrist and hypnotherapist Milton
Erickson. Erickson addressed the subconscious minds of several young women who, although having
been subjected to all kinds of hormone injections, remained completely flat-chested. He suggested to
them while they were in a deep trance that their breasts would become warm and tingly and would start to
grow. Pert writes, All grew breasts within two months, presumably because Ericksons suggestions
caused the blood supply to their breasts to increase.
"The Oxford Handbook of Hypnosis" has additional sections dedicated to the research showing mental
imagery to improve vision, sexual and urinary function, and skin disorders, among others.
Studies like these make it hard to refute how practicing certain thoughts can literally create the shape of
your body. There are many researchers and scientists around the world who believe that changing ones
thoughts can significantly alter ones physical body.
Dr. Elmer Green, Ph.D., the Mayo Clinic physician said, Every change in the mental emotional state,
conscious or unconscious, is accompanied by an appropriate change in the physiological state. Many
researchers have suggested that the body shows what lies in the mind. Pert says, The body really is the
gateway to the mind.
What would happen if one simply visualized a toned, defined body? Is there reason why mental imagery

There are many methods of hypnosis and visualization. Below you can find the different tips to make the most out of

Use an audio player. It is really important that you use some form of audio player to listen to visualization sounds
or hypnosis suggestions to achieve maximum effect and to make sure you concentrate on the sounds and not on
external noises.
Find a quiet place to meditate. Finding a quiet corner in the house where there are no distractions can definitely
help you meditate better and concentrate more. Typical hypnosis and visualization techniques usually take only
about 10 15 minutes to complete.
Make sure you are in a comfortable position. It is normal for people to fall asleep during these sessions, so make
sure that you are either lying down or sitting upright in a bed.
Supplement with natural methods. Hypnosis and therapy sessions can work better in conjunction with the various
natural breast enlargement methods detailed below.

Breasts Massage can actually help natural
breast enlargement
There have been many studies citing breast massage as an effective natural breast augmentation procedure. Breast
massage, combined with the application of natural herbs and plant extracts, can actually help promote the circulation
of blood in the breasts, while reinvigorate the nerve endings and hormones that can help promote breast
enlargement. Aside from the increase in breast sizes, massage can also help prevent the development of cysts,
which could lead to breast cancer.
Here are a couple of helpful steps if you want to try out breast massage to increase your breast size:
Step 1. Before beginning the massage, it is important that you first apply massage oil in order to prevent friction on
the skin. Avoid using any form of scented or mineral based oil and opt for the coconut and sweet almond oil for best
results.
Step 2. It is very important that you use very light pressure movements. Use only the flat of your fingers and your
palms to try to flush out toxins through the lymphatic system. The massage oil helps this process.
Step 3. There are two steps in the massage to promote breast augmentation: the first is to carefully cup the breasts
and use a circular motion to lightly massage it. The second step is to carefully thread the breast though a series of
pressing and lifting action with the palms. Following these two steps will not only promote breast growth, but will also
help the breast glands produce hormones.

Hormones and their natural breast
enlargement effect
There are three major hormones which affect breast sizes, and these are: estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
Out of all the three, progesterone is the one which contributes to breast growth. Progesterone acts as a balancing
agent to the excesses made by the estrogen glands, thereby avoiding estrogen dominance in the system.
Progesterone can be ingested through pills or applied directly on the skin via cream.
There are also natural hormones which promote natural breast enlargement. Natural plant hormones, or
phytoestrogen, are the main ingredients in some of the most popular breast augmentation pills these days. There are
many plants which have been proven to help the natural breast augmentation process: fenugreek, wild yam, dong
quai, the fennel, pueraria mirifica, hops, alfalfa and red clover are but some of the extracts used as a main source of
phytoestrogen.

Scientific Research on Hypnotic Breast Enlargement
1. Peter H.C. Mutke, M.D. (UCLA) performed the first study. He presented his
results as a research paper to the Department of Neuropsychiatry, University of
California, Los Angeles, February 28, 1971. As of 1994, Dr Mutke was still with
UCLA and has been active in the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.
2. Williams, J.E., Stimulation of breast growth by hypnosis. "Journal of Sex
Research," 1974, 10:316-326. His thirteen volunteers averaged 2.11 inch increase
in the circumference of their breasts (2 cup sizes).
3. Staib, A.R., and Logan, D.R., Hypnotic Stimulation of Breast Growth. "The
American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis," 1977, 4:201-208. They repeated Dr.
Williams' results with similar results. They also found women's waist size
decreased by 1.4 inches. Their follow up study showed that 81 % of the breast
enlargement was retained several months after the women stopped their visual
imagery.
4. Willard, R. D., Breast enlargement through visual imagery and hypnosis. "The
American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis," 1977, 4:195-200. Dr Willard used a
different technique than Dr. Williams (who used age regression and age
progression) and achieved an average 1.44 inch increase in breast size for his 22
volunteers. Every woman had an increase in their breast circumference.
5. Wilson, Donald L. MD, "Natural Bust Enlargement With Total Mind Power" How
to use the other 90% of your brain to increase the size of your breasts. 1979
Book. Has the scripts and a great bibliography. Dr Wilson ran a clinic in
California with great success. This book (a small hardback) is available thru
Hypnosis Institute of Texas for US$12.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling.
6. Beran, Roy (a neurologist at Adelaide Children's Hospital, England) presented
the results of his study to the February 1979 National Convention of
Hypnotherapists in Adelaide. Dr. Beran showed that the breast volume (he
measured the breast's cubic displacement of water) more than doubled during
the three month hypnosis program.
Excerpt of the RESULTS section of the Willard study:
At the end of 12 weeks, 28% had reached the goal they had set at the beginning
of the program and desired no further enlargement. There were 85% who could
tell a significant enlargement in their breasts had been accomplished, and 46%
found it necessary to buy a larger brassiere. Forty-two percent had a loss in
weight of greater than 4 pounds and still had enlargement of their breasts. The
average increase in circumference was 1.37 inches; the average increase in the
vertical measurement was 0.67 inches and the average increase in horizontal
measurement was 1.01 inches.... [note: the study was continued past 12 weeks
to let those who hadn't reach their goals to do so.}
In this study, 63% of the subjects had had children and complained of pendulous
breasts. These subjects expressed a desire to reclaim the fullness and contour of
the breasts which they had before the pregnancies. All of these subjects
reported they were very pleased with the increase in fullness and firmness of
their breasts at the end of the study....
The only two subjects who subjectively felt there had been no significant
increase, did have a measurable increase in size. Both subjects had difficulty
obtaining the visualizations. All of the subjects reported an increase in firmness
of their breasts. All of the subjects who began the study with one breast smaller
than the other found them to be equal in size at the end of the twelve weeks.

Breast Enlargement scripts
(these are not the same ones that I use in my CDs)

These scripts are intended for therapists. You have permission to use them to
make tapes, and for use with your clients. You may not publish them or sell
them in printed form.

Session one
Discuss anchoring. Our physiology is affected dramatically by the anchors that
are triggers for emotions and physical changes, such as blood pressure, heart
rate and such. When you create an anchor in hypnosis (such as a thumb and
finger pressed together, or a keyword) during the height of the experience, the
brain learns that this anchor will connect that trigger with the change in
physiology.
Example: One of my heart clients wore a monitor during our sessions, and when
he would use his anchor, (thumb and finger) his heart rate would lower instantly
10 BPM. Learn about anchoring and ask your client to use this anchor many times
during the day. Every time they use this anchor they will stimulate blood flow
and cell growth in the breasts. Or wherever else you choose to stimulate.
Ask about the experience they had as a young teenager when they first
discovered that their breasts were growing. Find out if it was a pleasant time, or
if there were conflicts. You will get into this deeper in the following sessions.
Do an induction to relax and prepare their mind for learning. Tell them that
there is a special way to affect their body with their thoughts. It goes something
like this:

Begin here
There is a part of your mind the part of your mind that is listening to my voice
right now that knows how to make changes in your physical body. This part of
your brain knows how to heal a cut or a wound, how to grow cells and tissue,
and it knows how to stop healing when your body is well. This part of your brain
is very powerful and amazingly wise. It knows how to make you gain weight and
lose weight, how to be warm or cold, to speed up your metabolism and slow it
down. This wisdom place in your mind and brain is the special place that is
hearing my voice right now.
When this part of your mind open and receptive and ready, it will create a yes
response in the finger or thumb of your hand. (This is if you use ideo-motor
responses. If you do not know what ideo motor responses are, skip this part
and then go learn about ideo motor.)
Now, this part of your mind knows how to regulate blood flow, cell growth,
tissue growth, muscle growth and everything that happens in your physical body.
I would like for you to take an interesting journey down into your body. If you
would use your mind's eye to see and feel this journey you will discover some
amazing things, and learn some new ways to help yourself to make these
changes that you want and deserve.
Now imagine how it would be if you could go inside your body right now and see
behind your eyes. Notice the color, the textures, the way it feels to be inside
your body. Go down to your neck and all around your spine and see how
interesting it looks. Feel yourself taking a journey down into the spine one
vertebrae at a time. Notice all the nerves, blood vessels, tissues.
Follow this down to the area around your breasts and actually allow yourself to
see and feel the experience of being inside of your breasts. You may even hear
the sounds of the blood flow, the movement and activity of the electricity of
your body you may experience this in so many ways you may discover just
how fascinating your body really is.
Now, this part of your mind that is hearing my voice right now, is going to do a
very interesting thing for you.
In a moment the blood flow will begin to increase to the breast tissue, and you
will begin to feel the effects of this as I speak.
You may feel it as a warmth slowly spreading throughout your entire chest
(pause)or you may feel it as a tingle in only certain places (pause) or you may
notice the color changing in the fatty tissue and skin surrounding this area.
I don't know just how many ways you will notice it but one thing I know is that
you will be amazed to notice how quickly your mind can make this happen now.
Now, notice how this increased blood flow is affecting the cell growth in the
tissue of your breasts.
Notice how rapidly the cells are growing, increasing in number, becoming
stronger and something that you may not have noticed yet, is a heaviness in
your chest area.
It may have already occurred to you, or you may just be noticing it now as I
mention it that heaviness in your breasts, that seems to as if your breasts are
actually growing right now.
For the next few minutes, I would like to ask your mind to continue to do
everything it needs to do to help your breast tissue to become larger, fuller
and firmer. Now, when your subconscious mind agrees that it will continue to do
this your yes finger will move. Thank you.
Your brain will learn many new things in the next few days, and one of them is
how to make your breasts larger, more beautiful, and to help you feel more
confident about your femininity.
You were born with many gifts and one of those is the gift of being a woman.
Being sensual and feminine is a beautiful gift, a birthright and while you may
not have know this, you can begin to accept this gift more deeply every day.
One of the ways that you enjoy your gift of sensual femininity is by having
wonderful, sensual breasts. Now, I want you to teach your body and mind how to
do this. Press your thumb and finger together and squeeze them just a little.
Hold them together while you hear my words. Take three slow deep breaths.
Now, and every time you squeeze these fingers together and breath, your mind
will increase the blood flow and cell growth in the tissues of your breasts. You
will take three deep breaths, press your fingers for a minute or two, and allow
your brain to do this for you. You may feel a tingle or warmth, just as you are
now.
You will notice that every time you use this anchor and take three deep breaths,
the feeling will be more intense and more profound. The heavy feeling will
increase, and the tingle will be unmistakable.
Now, release your fingers relax your hand. Good.
(For ideo motor questioning) I would like to ask your mind to make an agreement
to do this each and every time you use this anchor. And when it agrees that it
will do everything necessary to increase the growth in your breasts, your yes
finger will move. Thank you.
I want you to press your thumb and finger together again, and feel the sensation
and see with your mind's eye, the wonderful changes that happen. Press
together now, and feel the pulsing the surge of blood and oxygen and the
heaviness the tingle of warmth that spreads through your breasts.
Hold them together for a moment take three deep breaths as you hear my
words. Allow my words to reach deep inside of your subconscious mind.
All physical and emotional functions necessary in creating larger, fuller breasts
quickly and safely, are now working in perfect harmony and unison. (Repeat
slowly and purposefully while the fingers are pressed to set the anchor.)
Good, now relax your hand.
Now, in a moment I am going to ask you to return your awareness to the room.
As I do, you will integrate these new learnings in a way that is positive and
purposeful, and in a way that is in harmony with who you are.
Tonight as you sleep, your subconscious mind will help you to release and
resolve any negative emotions and experiences that would prevent your breasts
from growing. As your mind releases these negative emotions and experiences,
you will find that you feel even more positive and focused on how much you
enjoy being a woman.
When you awaken in the morning, you will feel stronger, more focused and
clear-headed. You will have an abundance of energy, allowing you to enjoy your
new confidence and sensuality.
[Now use your coming up process to end the trance]
Ask your client to use this anchor, with three deep breaths, at least 5 times a
day. If they were to have a watch with an hourly beeper on it, that would be so
fabulous, wouldn't it? They could just breathe, fire the anchor and grow, grow,
grow! Or maybe they would remember to do it every time they return from the
bathroom, or perhaps every time they see the color red. I don't know what
creative way you will discover to help them do this AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, but I
am sure you will find something!
The deep breaths increase the metabolism, and increase the blood flow and
oxygen. These deep breaths are an important aspect of the process.

There is the first session.
Here is an outline of more sessions and I will post the entire contents of each, as
I get it typed up.
Second session: Parts therapy. Find the part that feels that you should have
small breasts. Find out it's positive intention or reason for small breasts.
Reinforce the anchor from the first session.
Third session: Past time line. Find and release any negative experiences that
may have prevented the breasts from growing. You must be very good at
regression to do this. If you are not trained in regression, then only do the future
growth work. Or, learn regression!
Fourth session: Do more past time line work if needed. Now begin to create the
future time line. Travel on it to the time where the breasts are larger, firmer
and magnificent! (Isn't that a wonderful word?) I would like to have magnificent
breasts. Yes I would. Find out if there are any problems as a result of having
larger breasts.
Fifth session: Go into the future to a special time when she is really enjoying her
new confidence, femininity, and sensuality. Discover what wonderful, and
unexpected things have happened as a result of having larger breasts and more
positive feeling about being a woman.
Sixth session: Create a circle of excellence. You can find this in many NLP books
and in Roy Hunter's ART OF HYPNOTHERAPY book. You can also find it on my
HYPNOSIS FOR MAGNETISM tape. Put every positive thing you can about being a
woman (in your clients reality, NOT your reality) into this circle of excellence
and anchor it to the same thumb and finger anchor. How do you find out what
they feel is positive about being a woman? Ask. Also look back at your notes
from the future time line work and see what they experienced as an unexpected
benefit of having larger breasts and more confidence.
Seven, Eight, Nine... and onward: Do direct suggestion, more anchoring, more
physiology by traveling inside the body. If you know NLP, do a swish... from all
the emotions of having small breasts to the benefits of having large ones. Also a
belief change pattern is helpful. A good place to learn that is in a book titled
BELIEFS- PATHWAYS TO HEALING.

Top 7 Truths You Must Know About To Make Any Creative Visualization
Technique Work

What do you really want out of a creative visualization (cv) technique that you had just
gotten out of a "Guided Imagery" book (maybe by Shakti Gawain) you borrowed from the
library or a "Creative Visualization" e-book you just purchased and downloaded online or a
manifesting article you read by Abraham Hicks?
Results. Like anything else, you want results. You need results. Without results, you'd lose faith in the
power of creative visualization to manifest what you truly desire in your life.
And faith, belief, conviction is what you need to make any if not all creative visualization techniques to
work, no matter what they are.
It is not simply a matter of faith in the technique or belief in the person who taught you the technique.
It requires belief in the process of creative visualization itself.
How do you make sure you believe in the power of creative visualization to work for you? How do you
install such a belief in your mind, in your heart and in your very soul, so that it would drive you to
make anything you do work and get results?
You need to arm yourself with the right mindset about creative visualization. And the right mindset
can only come through right information. And hopefully the rest of this article serves to help you
achieve that objective.
As it was said, "The Truth shall set you free". Hopefully, with these truths in mind, you'll be armed
with a more powerful mindset and gain a more resourceful perspective from which you can go about
your creative visualization work more effectively.
Truth # 1: Creative visualization is simple, but not easy.
A propounder of a creative visualization technique may say that hers is a "Simple 3-Step (5-Step, or
7-Step) Process", but once you read her book or e-book, and actually get down into it, you'll find that
there are many steps, many factors, many events, processes and things at work, much more than you
initially imagined.
This truth encompasses all the other truths below.
Truth # 2: Creative visualization involves more steps than you imagine.
There may be 3, 5, 7 or even more simple steps in a creative visualization technique, but eventually
you will find there are many other sub-steps for each of these 3, 5 or 7 major steps that you have to
do.
More of this is explained in truth number 3.
Truth # 3: Creative visualization involves more factors (internal & external) than you know.
For one, like I said above, effective creative visualization work that actually manifests what you want,
requires belief. That is an inner factor. It also requires you to clear away all your subconscious mental
blocks that may prevent you from attaining what you desire.
External factors? creative visualization can only work within the confines of what is possible in your
'reality'. That is, when you use cv to ask for something, you must ask for something realistic. Don't
ask for a billion dollars when you can't even scratch a cent right now (okay, exaggeration). Start slow.
Move progressively.
And it also helps if you do your visualization work in an area where you are not easily disturbed or
distracted. Common sense, isn't it?
If the ones around you (family, friends) are known to be a cynical, skeptical, pessimistic lot, stay away
from them for some time before - and after - your visualization sessions. You don't want their
negative vibes to poison your belief in the process.
What I meant was that you don't want their skeptical remarks, their cynical comments that stem from
your willingness to do cv whatsoever to replay in your subconscious mind while you're doing your
sessions. Leave some 'buffer time'.
Truth # 4: Creative visualization requires the right amount of belief to work. Not too much (as in
obsession, blind faith), nor too little.
Though some claim that their technique requires no belief at all, what they are actually meaning is
that their creative visualization technique requires just the right amount of belief for it to work.
Or they can actually mean to give you a placebo. Since you believe them that it requires no belief for
their technique to work, you go about it thinking that there is no belief involved in it, then it actually
works! Then you start believing in it, only to find that (for many cases, not all) its effectiveness
wanes.
It's like dropping a ball to the ground. You just know if you let go of the ball from the grasp of your
fingers, the ball will fall to the ground. You know that gravity is always there. You don't need to
believe in gravity (what, all this while people and things have been floating around the earth before
Newton's time?).
Also, an over-obsessive belief in it is actually an illusion that stems from your lack of faith in it. Huh?
"Too much" belief = lack of belief?
It's like this - all this while, you've been skeptical about creative visualization. Then you're told that
you need some belief for it to work. Since you're so enthusiastic about making it work, you
overcompensate your previous lack of faith and you actually believe - too much - until it kills its
effectiveness.
Believing in something is like holding on to an egg (or think of something else fragile, like glass). Hold
on to it too lightly, the egg or glass will fall from your clutch and smash into pieces. Hold on to it too
tightly, the egg or glass will break in your hands.
So, you need just the right amount of belief for creative visualization to work.
Truth # 5: Creative visualization is an art as well as an exact science.
All these internal and external factors, sub-steps, and concepts are making the creative visualization
seem like an art as well as an exact science.
In fact it is. As you learn more and more techniques you will find that many of its teachers will present
to you concepts and philosophies that will make you see more of it as an art.
The methodology of some creative visualization techniques will seem like it comes from some scientific
procedure that you have to follow precisely and exactly. This is especially true of neuro linguistic
programming (NLP)type techniques.
Truth # 6: You have to let creative visualization do its work, and at the same time, you have to work
to get what you want to achieve through creative visualization.
While you need only the right amount of belief for cv to work for you, you also must put in some effort
to attain what you want.
First, you need to trust in the process. Ask for what you want, then let it go. Let go of your 'how's and
'why's. Don't worry about how you're going to get what you visualized for.
Then, through serendipity ('co' plus 'incidence'), when an opportunity presents itself to you where you

What, you don't expect for your 'dream mate' to drop from the sky right into your lap after you do
your creative visualization work, do you?
Truth # 7: The quality and quantity of results you get from your creative visualization work is
proportionate to the amount of feeling or emotion you put into it.
Emotion is energy. There is a wealth of material out there explaining why emotion is so important in
the creative visualization process, and if I want to chip in, I think I'll have to do it in another page.
Emotion also comes from your belief. Your belief that you'll get what you want from creative
visualization also comes from your emotions. It's a symbiotic process.
Since your emotions can help you to "believe more", and since believing is what it takes to make cv
work for you, hence, you need to really feel for what you want!
When doing your creative visualization work, really feel the excitement, the joy, the euphoria that
comes when you attain your object of desire. Really feel it as if you have it now. Emotions are
timeless. They happen NOW, not in the future, not in the past.
You are in control of your emotions. Even if your entire world is dark and looks bleak, you can choose
to be happy; only that you may not know of it. What, nobody is going to shoot you if you smile, right?

You can literally imagine your breasts bigger, suggests Christiane Northrup in "Women's Bodies,
Women's Wisdom: Creating Physical and Emotional Health and Healing." Northrup describes four
research studies in which women used hypnotism and creative visualization to increase the size of
their breasts by as much as two cup sizes. You can buy hypnosis CDs for breast enlargement online,
or you can record your own guided visualizations. In your recording, encourage yourself to feel
warmth pulsing through your breasts, to merge the pulsing with your heartbeat and to feel each

Self Hypnosis is a simple yet very powerful technique that you can use and implement today
to increase the size of breasts with creative visualization.
Self Hypnosis is communicating with your subconscious mind. It is a very easy procedure that you
can practice in your home.
And creative visualization is a process through which you create powerful, mental pictures that carries
you gradually towards your goal
Now follow these instructions step by step:
1. Preparation:
Lie down on a bed, and ensure you are not disturbed
2. Inducing Self Hypnosis
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, hold a few seconds and as you exhale say mentally in your
mind Relax. Do it three times. Then count from 10 to 1 to deepen your relaxation.
Now imagine that two hot pads are placed over your breasts and as you take deep breath, the hot
pads become warmer and you feel your breasts enlarge. With each breath you inhale, the pads
become hotter and warmer and your breasts keep enlarging.
As you keep inhaling imagine the hot pads becoming more and more warmer, you will notice your
breasts begin to pulsate with each breath you take. And when you chest fills up with air as you inhale,
your breasts swell more and more. And with each pulsation new blood is pumped into your breasts
and feeds all the cells of your breasts.
Each breath you take, imagine your breast enlarging and becoming firmer. And with each passing day
visualize your breast become bigger and bigger, stronger and firm.
Now tell yourself: Each day I see my breasts growing. I now experience big breasts. I feel wonderful
and look beautiful with firm and big breasts. And with each passing day Im becoming more and more
beautiful.
3. Awakening from Hypnosis
To come out of self-hypnosis, you can count up from one to three and open your eyes completely
alert, wide awake, refreshed, revitalized and feeling better than before.
Now count from one to three and open your eyes feeling better than before.
Practicing this exercise twice in a day regularly will help you increasing the size of your breasts and
make you more beautiful , attractive.

Whats your greatest wish? If you imagine it with all your senses, work toward it, and never, ever
give up, you will achieve it. Its that simple, believe it or not. But there are some techniques to
doing all three.
My book, Think Yourself Thin became a bestseller, even as booklet, though I was told it was
impossible by book distributors for the price and format: having no spine. I love a challenge and
when told something is impossible, I smile, get going, and make it happen. You can too!
How? By focusing your imagination, which goes well beyond visualization, using all of your
senses. Then you will be motivated 24/7, from within.
Heres an example of what you can do:
Lets say you want to make ten sales next week.
1. Write your goal. Its been proven that written goals are accomplished 100 to one over non-
written goals. If youre a spiritual person, turn it over to God. Its been proven in scientific studies
that the most powerful prayer is Thy will be done.
2. Imagine yourself celebrating your win. Will you take a friend out to dinner? Buy tickets to a
game you love? Go to a play?
Write that down, too. Then turn it over as well.
Now imagine being at dinner, or being at the game or play. How does it look? Smell the food, or
the popcorn. How does it feel sitting in that comfy seat? Hear the sounds surrounding you. Do this
imaginative technique at least once a day, preferably several times, for at least one month. Youll
have formed a habit by then, creating new neural pathwayspositive pathways to success.
3. Now for the action. How many calls do you need to make? Ten calls = three appointments= one
sale. So thats 100 calls next week if you want ten sales.
4. Life happens and its not always rosy. Every no is another step to your next yes. The bigger
your goal, the more subconscious resistance comes up. What do when not motivated, tired, or
depressed: Go back to your key image of celebrating, then imagine yourself energized while on
the phone with people on the other end saying, Wow, what perfect timingwe were just talking
about getting one of those!
Beyond Visualization; Acting As-If
Why does visualization work for some and not for others? Because it is only part of the
picture. Those who are successful live it.
For Example:
Arnold Schwarzenegger told Readers Digest that when he retired from body building, he decided
he would become the #1 box office actor in Hollywood. He already knew how to be successful and
used the same principle to become a star. He created a vision and lived it as if it were already
real.

From the 1998 Olympics in Japan, downhill skiers: Bronze Medal Winner, Christian Mayer, in the
year before the Olympics, had a car accident at 100 mph, healed and was then hit by a truck
while on foot, then had a knee injury. Still, he persevered and won a medal!
Silver Medal Winner: Lasse Kjus had to ski with his left arm very limited due to injury.
Gold Medal Winner: Mario Reiter was kicked off the Austrian team because he had too many
injuries!
How did these people win? They lived it, breathed it, tasted it 24 hours a day until they won it!
They had something the others did not have, focused imagination. You could hear it in all of their
media interviews.
