RETAIL
At any level in Forever Freedom, Distributors are able to
purchase products at the wholesale price for personal use.
As a Distributor, you are also able to resell Forever Freedom
products and earn a retail prot. You can earn between
15%-25% retail prot on each sale.
PREFERRED CUSTOMER
Our Preferred Customer Program is great for friends and
family members who just want to benet from using Forever
Freedoms products. By becoming a Preferred Customer
(see Glossary of Terms), and enrolling in our Autoship
Program, they can receive a 15% discount from the normal
retail price. Since you receive the difference between the
wholesale price and the price your Preferred Customer pays,
you can benet too!
As you personally enroll new Customers into your team, you can earn lucrative Customer Acquisition
Bonuses (CAB). These bonuses are paid on the purchase of one of the optional Forever Freedom
product packages as follows:

TEAM COMMISSION
You can earn powerful Team Commissions (see Glossary of Terms) as you start to build your Forever
Freedom sales team. These commissions are designed to reward you for helping, supporting, and
training those who join your team. The more you help them succeed, the more you can earn from
Team Commissions.
In order to qualify for this powerful income stream, you need to accumulate 100 Personal Volume
(PV) (see Glossary of Terms) points from your personal purchases or your retail or Preferred
Customers purchases through your website and personally enroll two Distributors who each
accumulate 100 PV within 30 days. Place one of these Distributors on your left team and one on your
right team. This will activate your position so that you may now earn Team Commissions.
As Forever Freedom products and product packages are ordered or sold by those in your team,
volume is created in each of your teams. When 300 Commissionable Volume (CV) points has been
accumulated in one team (it doesnt matter which one) and 600 CV points in the other, you will earn a
Team Commission of $50.
As long as you remain Active (see Glossary of Terms), the remaining volume after the commissions
have been processed is carried forward to the next week. Commissions are calculated weekly and
paid one week in arrears. The end of the commission period is Sunday at 11:59 p.m. EST.
The maximum payout in the Forever Freedom Financial Rewards Plan is capped at 60% of total
Company-wide CV. If in any week the total payout of commissions and bonuses exceeds 60% of total
Company-wide CV, the actual payout will be 60% and all Distributor commissions will be calculated on a
pro-rata basis.

LEADERSHIP MATCHING BONUS
You can earn Leadership Matching Bonuses on
the Team Commissions earned by your
personally enrolled team. You can earn this
bonus on up to seven levels of your team in
each Line of Sponsorship (see Glossary of
Terms). Every person you personally enroll
creates a new Line of Sponsorship. You must
personally generate a minimum of 50 PV points
in order to participate in this bonus. The number
of levels on which you can earn the bonus is
determined by your rank in the Financial
Rewards Plan. The bonuses are as follows:

To qualify for the Car and House Bonus,

As a Forever Freedom Associate, you can begin earning Retail Prot, Preferred Customer
Prot, and CABs immediately upon the purchase of the mandatory Starter Kit for $29.95.*
The Starter Kit includes your personal replicated website with a retail store and shopping
cart. You will also receive your virtual Business Management System (see Glossary of
Terms) with all the management tools you need to run your business effectively.
Associates do not earn or generate points.

To achieve this rank, you must rst become a Distributor, cycle at least once, and
personally enroll 2 Distributors (1 in each team) who have each generated 100 PV in one

Getting Started
Building Your Own Business
ENROLL IN FOREVER FREEDOM
There is no product purchase required to become an Independent Distributor with Forever Freedom.
As you proceed through the application process, you will be given three enrollment options from
which to choose. To become a Distributor, you must purchase the Starter Kit for $29.95. The Starter
Kit includes your personal replicated website with a retail store and shopping cart. You also receive
your Back Ofce with all the management tools to run your business. There is a $19.95 Annual
Renewal (see Glossary of Terms) fee unless you maintain 350 CV per year.
At the time of enrollment you may choose to purchase one of
three different product packages, Premium, Gold, or Platinum.

ADVANTAGE OF A GOLD PACKAGE
By starting out with a Gold Package, a new Distributor will qualify as a Gold Executive for 90 days and
will be eligible to participate in the Car Bonus Program. This means that during their rst 90 days, he
or she will be paid as a Gold Executive and will earn a 20% Level 1 Leadership Matching Bonus when
any of their rst level sponsors cycle and an additional 10% Level 2 Leadership Matching Bonus when
any of their second level sponsors cycle. All Gold Executives must meet the required Gold Executive
rank PV requirements each month. If, after 90 days, a Distributor has not been able to meet the Gold
Executive rank requirements, he or she will revert to the rank of Distributor. At any time, thereafter,
they can become a Gold Executive again by meeting the necessary rank requirements within their
qualifying period.
ADVANTAGE OF A PLATINUM PACKAGE
By starting out with a Platinum Package, a new Distributor will qualify as a Platinum Executive for six
months and will be eligible to participate in the Car Bonus Program. This means that during their rst
180 days, he or she will be paid as a Platinum Executive and will earn a 20% Level 1 Leadership
Matching Bonus when any of their rst level sponsors cycle, a 10% Level 2 Leadership Matching
Bonus when any of their second level sponsors cycle, and an additional 10% Level 3 Leadership
Matching Bonus when any of their third level sponsors cycle. All Platinum Executives must meet the
required Platinum Executive rank PV requirements each month. If, after 180 days, a Distributor has not
been able to meet the Platinum Executive rank requirements, he or she will revert to the rank of
Distributor. At any time, thereafter, they can become a Platinum Executive again by meeting the
necessary rank requirements within their qualifying period.

Forever Freedom is a product driven company. Any and all earned
commissions and overrides are based on the sale and consumption
of products. While there is no product purchase required, you may
wish to have inventory on hand to consume or to sell to your
Customersthis is your decision.

The Forever Freedom Financial Rewards Plan is built around the sales of our products. In order to
keep the products competitively priced at the retail level and to ensure a protable wholesale to
retail margin for our distributor base, we assign a point value (called Commissionable Volume [CV]) to
each of our products, and the compensation program is based on the accumulation of these points.
Forever Freedom gives each product the maximum points possible to create the ideal balance
between signicant retail prots and substantial override income for our Distributors. CV begins to
accumulate at the time of the Distributors enrollment, and continues to accumulate as long as the
Business Center (see Glossary of Terms) remains Active.

Generate at least 100 PV points. You can personally generate PV in several ways: (a) purchase
Forever Freedom products or services for your own personal use or for resale to your Customers,
(b) personally sponsor Retail or Preferred Customers to enroll in Forever Freedoms Autoship
Program, or (c) introduce Retail or Preferred Customers to your Forever Freedom website where
they purchase any of Forever Freedoms products. (Rememberall products and services have CV
associated with them. The CV associated with your purchases and sales of these products is
accumulated to comprise your PV.) Understand that it is not necessary for a Distributor to
personally purchase products from Forever Freedom to qualify for commissions. You can meet
your qualication criteria strictly through Retail and Preferred Customer sales if you wish.
Sponsor one person on your right side who personally generates at least 100 PV, and one person
on your left side who personally generates 100 PV, and you become qualied to earn
commissions. This can be done at any time.
To maintain qualication, personally generate 50 PV of Forever Freedom products or services
every month. If you dont maintain 50 PV per month, you will not be eligible for commissions that
month and your accumulated Group Volume (GV) (see Glossary of Terms) will ush (reset to zero
in both legs).

Glossary of Terms
Active
Active means you have generated 50 PV points during your Autoship Month (see Glossary of Terms). You must be Active
to earn Team Commissions, Leadership Matching Bonuses, and the Car Bonus. If you do not remain Active, any
accumulated points will be reset to zero (ush) when commissions are calculated. You can become Active again after a
period of inactivity by obtaining 50 PV points within the Autoship Month.
Annual Renewal
There is a small Annual Renewal fee of $19.95 to cover the cost of your virtual Business Management System. However, if
you maintain 350 CV from Autoship orders during the year, the Annual Renewal fee is waived.
Autoship Month
The Autoship Month is the period of time during which you are responsible for meeting your PV requirements and
maintaining your rank qualications. The period begins on the day of the month that you purchased your sign-up package
from the Company and ends on midnight EST the day prior of the following month.
Ex: If you purchased your sign-up package on April 20, your Autoship Month begins on this day and ends on May 19 at
midnight EST.
Business Management System
You receive a virtual Business Management System as part of your Starter Kit, which will provide you with everything you
need to run your Forever Freedom business online. Through this powerful system, you can track your global business,
enroll in and congure your Autoship Program, generate management reports, purchase products, access commissions,
and much more.

Commissionable Volume (CV)
In order to ensure our products are competitively priced, each Forever Freedom product is assigned a points valueCV;
the Financial Rewards Plan is based on the accumulation of these points. CV starts to accumulate at the time you enroll
and earn 100 CV from personal or Retail Customer purchases and Preferred Customer purchases made from your
replicated website. CV continues to accumulate so long as you remain Qualied.
Group Volume (GV)
Group Volume is the volume that is generated through your organization, including volume generated from PGV and your
upline (spillover).
Line of Sponsorship
A Line of Sponsorship is created when you enroll a new Distributor in your team. The Line of Sponsorship grows as the
Distributor you have enrolled enrolls other Distributors and those Distributors enroll others. This process continues
through unlimited levels in your team. Every new Distributor enrolled creates a new Line of Sponsorship and there is no
limit to how many Lines of Sponsorship you can create. The Leadership Matching Bonus is earned through all Lines of
Sponsorship and can be earned on up to seven levels of your sales organization.

Glossary of Terms
Personal Group Volume (PGV)
Personal Group Volume (PGV) is the volume that is generated throughout your organization, excluding volume created by
your upline.
Personal Volume (PV)
Personal Volume (PV) is the volume that is generated through your personal purchases, Retail Customer purchases,
Preferred Customer purchases, and Wholesale Customer (see Glossary of Terms) purchases.
Preferred Customer
A Preferred Customer is a customer who purchases from your website at the Preferred Customer price. Preferred
Customers may elect to participate in the Autoship Program in order to receive a further discount.
Qualied
In order to remain Qualied to earn Team Commissions, Leadership Matching Bonuses, and the Car Bonus Program, and
participate in the Diamond/Sapphire Experience, you must be sure to meet all your rank requirements. If you do not
maintain a Qualied status, you will not be eligible for these commissions.
Qualied Distributor
A Qualied Distributor is a Distributor who has qualied their position by enrolling at least one person in their left leg
and one person in their right leg, and generated at least 100 CV in one month.
Team Commission
A Team Commission is created when you accumulate 300 CV in one of your teams and 600 CV in the other. This creates a
Team Commission of $50. It does not matter which team accumulates what volume so long as a total of 900 CV is
generated with at least 300 CV from one team and 600 CV from the other team.
Wholesale Customer
A Wholesale Customer is a customer who pays the $29.95 Associate fee, purchases a Basic Package, and may choose to
participate in the Autoship Program, but does not have any Distributor-like activity (e.g. sponsoring,
earning commissions).
