Initiatives
Organized the adoption of a homeless family, where cadets donated Christmas gifts; which I
later delivered on Christmas Eve. 2012-13
Designed and submitted to my Naval Science Instructor a model of our soon to be warm ups.

Recommended the creation of a utility box to keep basic equipment to include: extra covers,
ranks, ribbons, etc. in order to have them available whenever needed. (Oh Crap! Box) 2012-13
Upon my arrival to the Potomac Senior High School NJROTC I enforced a more professional
behavior at drill meets to include: marching from one place to another and an overall more
military like bearing during meets. 2012-13
Initiated a Dance Team at my school, and later selected as captain 2013
School & Community Volunteer Services
Chosen among all other color guards in Montgomery County, TN to perform at local baseball
little league openings, black heritage month ceremonies, private sorority award ceremony, and
National Hockey League games among others. 2010-11, 2011-12
Chosen to perform color guard in school events such as sporting events, awards ceremonies,
Veterans Day ceremonies, and other special occasions 2010-11, 2011-12
Volunteered in a Christmas gift wrapping for local veterans during Christmas 2010, 2011
Selected to volunteer and perform exhibition at Hispanic Heritage Community Day 2012
Volunteered at a Senior Citizen Center for Christmas where I performed various dances with the
Fort Campbell Taylor Youth Center dance team and distributed presents. 2009, 2010
Volunteered during a special needs childrens summer camp where I led the arts and craft
center and was given a child to escort during his daily activities 2010, 2011
Volunteered at summer camps and summer day cares in Fort Campbell, KY 2008, 2009, 2010,

Volunteered at Community Awareness Against Day for domestic and sexual violence in
Clarksville, TN 2011, 2012
