Twice a day Tablet: Avil(chlorpheniramine maleate) 8mg P/O BiD Somogel (Apply on ulcerated lips and tongue towice a day) Advised:- Give soft food, no restriction of diet.
Canine Demadecosis Species Dog Age 5 months Sex Female Temperature Complaint:- Itching and hyper corrugation of skin. History and Clinical findings:- Alopecia, scaled skin Small nodules on affected skin Severely inflamed and granulomatous skin Emaciated and depressed. Fever Diagnosis:- Disease is diagnosed via clinical findings and Lab test for skin scraping which was positive for Demadex Canis the causal agent of Demadicosis. Treatment:- Injection: Ivomec(Ivermectin) 0.2ml + Sterile Water 0.8ml S/C Oxidil 500mg I/M Solu-cortef 250mg I/M Tablet: Flucon 150mg (10 Tablets BiD) Ivermectin 6mg (40 tablets BiD 2 tabs each time) Lotion:- Scabion apply for 20 minutes then wash
