Informal money vocabulary:


- quid, bucks, the dole (to be on the dole), to be broke, to be in the red,
dough/d/, dosh, ...
- Ask students to tell you if they remember any proverb/ saying in
Spanish connected with money. If they dont, ask them what the
following proverbs mean:
