We see patients from birth to 21 for the following conditions: chronic kidney disease, hematuria,
proteinuria, nephrotic syndrome, Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, HSP, polycystic kidney disease,
glomerulonephritis and electrolyte abnormalities. We see patients up to age 18 for hypertension.
No pre-referral work-up is required for most conditions. For hypertension referrals, please send
at least 3 BP measurements taken by a medically trained person, as well as the patients height
and weight. Urinalysis results are helpful to send if already performed. If you have already done a
work-up, please fax your information to 206-985-3121.
