Concept Map
Concept maps are graphical
tools for organizing and
representing knowledge. They
include concepts, usually
enclosed in circles or boxes of
some type, and relationships
between concepts indicated by
a connecting line linking two
concepts.
Mind Map
A mind map is a diagram for representing
tasks, words, concepts, or items linked to
and arranged around a central concept or
subject. A mind map uses a non-linear graphical layout that
allows the user to build an intuitive framework around a central
concept. A mind map can turn long list of monotonous
information into a colorful, memorable and highly organized
diagram that works in line with your brain's natural way of doing
things.

Flowchart
A flowchart is a graphical or symbolic
representation of a process. Each step in
the process is represented by a different
symbol and contains a short description of
the process step. The flowchart symbols
are linked together with arrows showing
the process flow direction.
Timeline
A representation or exhibit of key
events within a particular historical
period, often consisting of
illustrative visual material
accompanied by written
commentary, arranged
chronologically.
Organization Chart
An organisational chart is a diagram
that illustrates the structure of an
organisation and the relationship and
positions of its employees. Organisational charts help to
organise the workplace, while giving the direction of
management control of subordinates.

How to make
coffee
1.-Gather your ingredients.
You will need a coffee maker
with a clean carafe and filter,
a grinder, and a cup.
2.-Grind the beans. Set your grinder to medium (or whatever the machine maker recommends). You
can also use pre-ground coffee, at the expense of a little flavor. Selection of beans is key. If you want
something light and pleasant, try a flavored coffee or a mild blend. If you want a hard, energizing "wake-
up" brew, you might want espresso or Kona beans. Mixing beans often gets you some great
combinations.
7.-Drink up! Pour yourself a cup and
add cream and/or sugar if desired.
6.-Turn it on. Press the On or Power button/switch. After a minute or two as the machine pre-
heats the water, your coffee should begin brewing. Some machines brew quickly, but others brew
slowly. Slow isn't actually all bad though; it gives the end result a more rounded flavor. Play some
music or entertain yourself for a few minutes while your coffee is brewing. The coffee is done
when you stop hearing bubbling sounds.
5.-Fill the reservoir. Use the
carafe as a measuring cup by
filling it with the appropriate
amount of water for the amount of
coffee you have used. (Most coffee
pots have measurements on the
side.)
3.-Place the filter into the brewing basket. Following the instructions for your particular coffee
maker, use the right size filter and place in the basket. If it's removable, you can rinse the filter and
basket in hot water to remove any paper flavor.
There are also reusable gold filters available for many coffee makers. These cut down on
paper waste, add no flavor at all to the brew, and are easily cleaned.

vanilla
cupcakes
1.-Preheat your
oven to 350
degrees
Fahrenheit (177
degrees Celsius).
2. Line 2 12-
muffin tins with
paper cupcake
liners.
3.-Combine 1 1/2 cups (343 g) self-rising flour with
1 1/4 cups (286 g) all-purpose flour in a small
mixing bowl.
Combining these 2 types of flour will give your
cupcakes a fluffy, airy texture.
4.-Cream 2 sticks of softened, unsalted
butter with 2 cups (457 g) granulated
white sugar in a large bowl with an
electric mixer. Continue beating until the
mixture is light and fluffy.
6.-With the mixers still running, add in
the grated zest of 2 lemons. Continue
beating until smooth. Of course this is
optional, because some people don't like
the zest.
11.Bake 20 to 25
minutes, or until a
toothpick inserted into
the center of the
cupcakes comes out
clean.
9.Remove the large
bowl from the mixer
and scrape the sides
and bottom with a
spatula to make sure
the batter is
thoroughly mixed.
7.Combine 1 cup (229 g) milk with 1 tsp.
(5 g) vanilla extract in a small bowl. Stir
well.
8.-Pour the flour
into the large
mixing bowl
gradually, dividing it
into 3 separate
additions. Alternate
the flour additions
with 2 additions of the
milk mixture. Beat
well after each
addition, forming a
smooth batter.
10.Scoop the batter into
the prepared muffin tins,
filling each mold about 3/4
of the way to the top.
12.Remove
cupcakes from
the muffin tins,
and allow them to
thoroughly cool.
Frost with your
choice of frosting,
and decorate as
desired.
5.Beat in 4 large eggs, adding
them 1 at a time and beating
well after each egg.
