Coffee Culture Roastery, Barista/Latte Art Lead August 2012 - Present
Responsibilities include pulling perfect espresso shots, crafting milk based drinks with latte art,
providing excellent customer service under every circumstance, managing cafe ambiance and
appearance, working efficiently and happily as a team, assisting with training new employees,
off site events such as the Corvallis Farmers Market.

Sunnyside Up Cafe, Barista/Server February 2012 - August 2012
Responsibilities included making espresso drinks with Pacifica Coffee, opening and closing the
store, taking orders at the table and register, serving food to customers tables, dishes, managing
the serving and barista aspects of the job while working alone, daily deposits, training new
employees on cafe and barista procedures.

Brew Station Cafe and Pub, Evening Manager December 2011- March 2012
Responsibilities included crafting quality espresso drinks using Stumptown Coffee, pouring beer
in a manner consistent with OLCC and Brew Station guidelines, creating an environment
conducive to study and socializing simultaneously, managing 2-5 employees, managing the labor
to sales ratio by promoting productivity and efficiency, weekly inventory, detail cleaning,
encouraging and requiring consistently excellent customer service from the staff and myself,
serving with a smile.

Caffe Darte, Barista/Assistant Manager June 2009 -
December 2011
Responsibilities included crafting specialty espresso drinks with latte art, making sandwiches
and salads in a clean and efficient manner, multi tasking while working alone and with others,
daily cash deposits, waste logs, writing the weekly schedule, assisting the manager with any and
all tasks including the wholesale invoices, and miscellaneous invoice/document processing. I
utilized my barista experience and Caffe Darte knowledge and training to help 3 wholesale
accounts in a time of staffing crisis; stepping in and operating as a barista with little to no
transition time or formal training. (Mio Gelato, Anna Bannanas, DeClerks Coffee).

Jamba Juice, Shift Lead January 2007 April 2009
Responsibilities included managing 2-5 employees, inventory count, stocking and prepping for
the next shift, opening and closing the store according to Jamba guidelines, living the Jamba
values and inspiring those values in coworkers, POS cash register, making smoothies efficiently
in a fast paced environment alone and with others, bank deposit and maintaining a happy
environment.
