In the following Peace Proposal, the United Nations will
have the control over the designated area that is
understood as Israel. In the following plan, the Israelites as
well as the Palestinians will have to solemnly obey the
mandates of the UN.

The UN Government
Establishment Program

Citizen UN-Code

United Nations Government Program
General Information
Since WWII the Israelites and the Palestinians have been fighting for control over Israel
and essentially the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, fights among them have continued up until
now. To this upcoming problem the United Nations as well as many other countries like the
United States has had a concern.
Solution for the conflict between the Designated Countries
The only possible solution for this conflict is that, Palestinian citizens as well as Israel
citizens must be controlled by the United Nations and left unarmed and separate the boundaries
between them. The countries will stay in a economic trance which will make them earn money
will reeducating the Israelites as well as the Palestinians in such an sophisticated order that they
will no longer fight against each other, this temporary control of the UN will last until the
countries have learned what is right. In consequence, there is a probability that they will have
inner conflicts within the territory, and thus the UN will have to have various countries military
force intervening in these places. In the following points all the consequences will be adjusted to
regulate equality. If inner conflicts prevail after the UN Government Program is done, the same
program will be used again until both have agreed to stop fighting amongst them.
Cultural Differences
The UN is aware of the many differences that are established between the Israelites and
the Palestinians the following laws will be mandated as soon as the UN takes control over the
area. In the following bullet point the main cultural differences will be addressed, first
establishing the problem being encountered, followed by the solution or solutions that can be
made to change this specific problem.
Israelis are Citizens of Israel while Palestinians are people descending from
families that have been living in Palestine before 1947.
Solution: A National Citizenship Act will be established were Palestinians and
Jew will be treated as UN Citizens

Israelis are predominantly migrants while Palestinians local descendants.
Solution: Because Palestinians believe they are the owners of the land as well as
the Israelites, a Territory Control Act will be established where UN will have
territorial facilities where control will be maintained, this will be sponsored by the
UN, Israel, and Palestine.

In the following illustration, the UN and its members can see how these two nations have shown
how much they seem to dislike each other. The UN will have to decide whether or not to accept
this proposal. UN Representatives I direct to you, and ask you to act accordingly.

Religious Differences
Religious people who believe that their religion should prevail, while unifying the
countries and while doing this they create conflicts between the two nations, they will be ceased
in order to avoid further ado. They will be counter arrested using military force. If the conflict
explained before arises, the following solution will be adjusted. That is that all the people within
the controlled area/UN dominion will be able to decide which Religion to choose, because in The
Universal Declaration Human Rights Act article No 2 states that everyone has the right to
believe whatever they choose to believe.
Governments
Both the Palestinian and the Israeli Governments will have to cede control over the UN,
giving the UNs full and absolute control over the designated countries. They will remain
working and receiving payments according to what they have accomplished in the program, the
UN program will be called Government Standby Work Association. If conflicts arise within the
program between both nationalities the causers of the problem will be resigned and will be
immediately ordered to leave the GSWA (Government Standby Work Association) facility
building.

Who will own Jerusalem?
The UN has identified as the claims on Jerusalem as unnecessary, and will act
accordingly and create an act called the Ownership and Censorship of Jerusalem in which the
following rules will be adjusted to the piece of land, Jerusalem will be under total control of the
UN and permitted visits will be authorized by all citizen inside out of Israel.
Terrorism
Since UN military will be intervening in Israel, and will be circulating around the country
terrorism will be counterattacked and captured civilians who seek destruction will be taken to
camp were theyll be fed and cared for. They will also receive special psychological attention
regarding what they have done, or based upon on their intentions.
Human Rights
The Universal Declaration Human Rights Act that was established in 1948 will be
applied at its full extent in the nation. If financial problems occur the UN will be responsible for
making loans to subsidy the economic crisis, if there is. The Human Rights will have to be
respected by all the citizens within the area of Israel. If conflicts seem to arise the conflict
makers will be taken the GSWA (Government Standby Work Association) until they reconsider
their acts.
Israeli Checkpoints and Berlinian Walls
The Israeli checkpoints will be bombarded with missiles while prohibiting trespassing in
order to show that placing these boundaries between people is bad. The Israelites will have to
write a letter saying sorry to the Palestinians, in this letter they will have to refer to the
Palestinians as The Bosses. The walls that set boundaries in the country will be exploded with
TNT commemorating another error which Israelites have done without permission, and this time
they will be speaking to the Palestinians as the Pimps.

5

Berlinian Walls

These walls that separate the land that is compromised as part of what Palestine is, these walls
commit a violation to The Declaration of Human Rights, as in Article 13 which says Everyone
has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
Palestinian Checkpoints

Our UN inspectors have gone undercover to these checkpoints and they noticed that when there
was commotion between the two nationalities the Israelites tended to physically torture the
Palestinians with things such as, leaving them in the sun for sometimes, and invading their
privacy by putting them all together, (which is a violation the Human Rights) therefore they will
be abolished.
Citizen UN-Code
The Citizen UN-Code will be a code that will be given to all the people that live within Israel,
they will be given a grant to live wherever they want within the countries that form the UN. The
people that decide to move from the country will stay with the UN-Code in their passports and
6

they have the possibility of using this code only once in their lifetime. The Code permits the user
to travel to a foreign country and comeback to its home nation. Any citizen with the UN-Code
can only travel once to a distinct country with all legal permissions, if they come back to their
nation the code will break and that person will no longer be able to leave the country with his
code. The UN-Code will be too sophisticated to provoke the users to falsify the Code. This Code
will be known around the world.
Drawbacks
The major drawback that this plan will have is that a lot of countries will have to help in
the aid and reorganization of Israel, thus this will be time-consuming making this very annoying
to the members of the UN. Conflicts might arise about how the UN intervention is very complex
and money wasting, but further doubts about the program will be e-mailed to the solution maker
and responded with a full detail explanation of how everything will proceed as accordingly and
successfully.
