One SMIT
6 to 10 years time has programs that are Center of Excellence (COE).
Faculty must be specialized to the area of assignment (professional and academic background)
Program must be specialized to cater to industry needs
Industry certified curriculum
Faculty capable of consultancy in the areas of expertise
Faculty capable of collaborative work not only specific to the area but likewise cross-functionally.
Research capacity
Faculty capable of training the industry
Aligned with the breakthrough goals of innovation and inclusivity

KRA 4: English Proficiency Program

Address the English proficiency deficiency of local and international students
Use IBPAP studies as basis for developing improvement in the curriculum.

Encouragement of the use of Moodle
Development of Modules for versions that are aligned to mobile learning



KRA 8: Academic Advising
Evaluation of the current system and process of student advising
Academic Advisers guide the students, screens, and endorses them for professional processing with
the guidance office.
Takes Time to Create Academic Plans
Make decisions related to Academic plans


KRA 9: Faculty Development
Academic and professional development
All faculty members should have Masters degree
Learner-centered instruction
All full-time faculty members should complete the LC instruction program
Developmental Approach on Faculty Loading
ensure consistency of action plans from previous term and ensure implementation of proposed action
plans



KRA 10: Faculty Research
Research output will be governed by the research thrust of the College and School research agenda

At least 2 subject /specialized related research and 2 teaching and learning related research
