2014 Offer Information Sheet

Conditions of your offer

It is extremely important that you read the conditions listed on your offer letter carefully. If you do not meet these
conditions, you will not be allowed to study at the Guildhall School.
If the condition(s) of your offer ask for documents (such as academic transcripts or English language exam results) to
be submitted by a certain deadline, you must meet the stated deadline. If you do not meet the deadline, you will not
meet the conditions of your offer.
AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR OFFER YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOR MEETING THE CONDITIONS:
Academic transcripts:
If you do not already hold certificates for your qualifications(s), you must ask your current/previous academic
institution for proof of the title and subject of your qualification(s), grades and date(s) of exams. This document is
official and is usually referred to as an academic transcript. If your qualification certificate /academic transcript is not
in English, you are required to obtain a certified English translation of the documents.
English language exam results:
Make a note of the English language exams we accept and book an exam immediately. There are frequent test dates
and test centres located around the world, so you will be expected to make the necessary preparations to submit
your results to the School no later than the deadline stated in your offer letter. Please bear in mind that some exams
do not release results for 2-4 weeks after the date of exam.
If you have any questions about your conditions, please contact the School.
