takes 15 minutes in each trip which will delay passengers
The ships pass near the tower and have a loud noise that may disturb
people.

Such a project if it becomes successful may be adopted by the
Department of Tourism in Abu Dhabi
The heritage places in Abu Dhabi are not utilized and this will make

lead to exploring more places.

The aging of the place and the maintenance may make it loose its
historical value so should be maintained with same material.

The purpose of this cultural site is introducing people to the heritage of the
UAE where though now we are making skyscrapers but also we had our own
art of building and those who claim that there is no heritage should see first
these places to learn more about the country.
The target market will be mainly tourists that are interested in the heritage
and archaeology and also we will make campaigns among Students and
schools to make them know these places around the country and not only this
tower.
