Time limit for executing transfer orders:
a) For transfers ordered in euros, when the beneficiary bank is located in the European Union, the
time limit for execution on the part of the bank will be the next business dya following the
reception date, except in payment operations started on hard copy, when this limit is two business
days. To ensure execution of the transfer order the request must be made before 1.00 pm.
b) Other transfers will be executed as swiftly as possible in accordance with the correspondent
banks or currency markets to be used for this purpose, except for intra-community transfers for
which the execution time will be four business days

applicable which may differ at the time the operation is carried out.
In the event the operation is executed in a currency other than the euro, the reference exchange rate agreed with the Bank
shall apply which is published on the Bank's webpage (https://www.bsmarkets.com) under the subsection "currencies",
heading "closing exchange rates". Therefore, the amount entered may differ at the time the operation is carried out or
settled.
The undersigned declare they have received a copy of this document and have been informed by the Bank of their right to
request as many prior explanations as they require concerning the characteristics of the operation and its effects, together
with any supplementary information they may need to adopt an informed decision, compare similar offers and evaluate, in
keeping with their knowledge and experience, the suitability of the service for their needs, interests and financial situation.
For this reason, the Bank informs themthat they should only sign the request for execution of the operation if they consider
they have received suitable, sufficient explanations about the service referred to herein.
