This is a letter of recommendation for Talha Kamran. Over the past year Talha has reported directly to me
for our medical billing project. His position has evolved over the past year due to numerous promotions and
he is currently Manager Operations of Medical Billing for Premier BPO’s Pakistan operations. In his
capacity over the past year, Talha has been asked to perform a number of duties. First and foremost he over
saw a medical billing back office employing 25 people. He managed the day to day activities such as
reporting, daily client contact, Quality Assurance for data entry/accounts receivable/payments, personnel
issues, and work distribution. In addition to these duties, Talha interviewed and screened new employees,
implemented new business practices to streamline our processes, participated in higher level conference
calls with the client, and has generally been my ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground in Pakistan. His work for
Premier BPO has been very valuable in every sense of the word.
Talha has been an outstanding employee for me and one of the top in the company. He is highly motivated
and always does what is asked of him. During our hectic end of month closings he always works many
extra hours with no complaint and guides the team through the tougher times with exceptional leadership.
While the departure of Talha is a big loss for the company, I know that any other company or educational
institution would be also receiving a huge gain by enlisting his services.
If you require any additional information please feel free to email me at bmichel@premierbpo.com or call
me at 469.361.3531.
Sincerely,
Bryan S. Michel
