National Income Accounting
The measuring National &ut'ut and National Income is indis'ensa%le for macroeconomic
theory and 'olicy.
National Income accounting hae %een designed to measure the oerall 'roduction
'erformance of trhe economy.

GDP is the total market value of all final goods and services produced within a Country in
a given period of time (year)
GD is the total mar!et "alue # # #$ Output is "alued at mar!et prices#
