Once you place an order, you will be sent a Sales
Acknowledgement. Please read, sign and return within 21
days to conrm your order.
30% deposit is required on orders. Terms: Net 30 with
approved credit. Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and
checks accepted.
Orders may be adjusted downward until October 31 of
season year. After that date, customers become nancially
obligated for the entire order. Orders may be adjusted
upward anytime as supply allows.

Fresh, on-time and convenient, SuperTree Seedlings

pick-up and
delivery options are designed to meet your needs. SuperTree
Seedlings can be delivered directly to your location in refrigerated
vans, you can pick them up at our nursery or at refrigerated
distribution centers throughout the Southeast.

Ground delivery (UPS or FedEx) ....................... per location
Minimum quantities apply. Due to an uncertainty in fuel
costs, a fuel surcharge may be implemented at time
of shipping. Sales tax applies to the state in which possession
